"We celebrated my.mom's 75th birthday on Saturday, April 16, 2022 and catered from Priscilla's. Our food was delivered on time and arrived hot and fresh. My order was correct and nothing was forgotten, including the gravy and cranberry sauce for the dressing! Although the food was great, what I was most impressed with was the honesty and integrity of the staff person who took my catering order. I know it was one of Priscilla's daughters, but her name escapes me. When I placed the catering bill for the party, I informed her that my order was tax exempt. We struck up a conversation and after paying my bill in full, I left without realizing the staff person never took off the taxes. About 20 minutes later I received a call from Priscilla's daughter apologizing for the mistake and not only had she already refunded me the taxes, but texted me a copy of the new receipt with the adjustment. Kuddos Priscilla's on great food, honesty, integrity AND excellent customer service!"
