"A couple years ago I got very ill from eating a Reuben from this location! I did not return for a couple years. When I did I stood at the unattended counter in plain sight of a group of employees gathered together in the back. I was the only non-employee in the place. The employees just cast glances at each other as the exchanged nervous laughter. It appeared each was daring the other to go to the counter, which with none did. I left have not returned!"

"A friend brought me food while I was in quarantine due to COVID-19. He ordered two mozzarella sticks for $7.00, but was only charged for one and received both. Unfortunately, the marinara sauce had a hole in the top, so I did not feel comfortable eating it due to contamination risks. Additionally, there were no cherry tomatoes available. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, as the person who took the order was different from the one who delivered it. I understand that the restaurant may be short-staffed, but I would prefer to receive my order accurately even if it takes longer."

"Arby's still offers good food at a reasonable price, but they've removed their salads and potato cakes, along with other tasty items. I used to love their farmhouse crispy chicken salad, which featured lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, bacon, and crispy chicken tenders, all for around $5. Now, I'll have to look elsewhere to find a satisfying salad."
