"I made a mistake and somehow gave my neighbors address instead of mine for contactless delivery. After an hour and a half of waiting and not receiving an email from Slice informing us that there was an attempt to deliver our food, I called Logan’s, and they said that the delivery person waited 20 minutes and left the food. Well, they lied, and Instead of leaving it at my neighbor's door, they took our order and resold it. When they resold the pizza, the Slice app continued to say “out for delivery.” Not only that, but my neighbors confirmed that the delivery person waited less than 10 mins. I called Logan’s pizza back and explained to them what my neighbor told me. The man was rude and had an attitude talking over me after I acknowledged and confirmed that the order had the wrong address but that I selected the leave at the door option and that they should’ve left the pizza at the door, he kept stating, “oh but who was it that put in the wrong address? Yeah yeah, that’s what I thought. Talk to Slice. That’s not our problem.” We had prepaid for our food and even gave the driver a 25% tip. Fortunately, Slice did refund us but Logan's pizza stole my money and lied to me. I have never had food from here before and was excited to get our order because it sounds delicious but 100% will not be ordering from here again, especially when they have someone working there who doesn't know how to treat people with respect.I checked all of the reviews and found plenty of other people have experienced the same poor customer service and rude tactics by this facility. Please save your money and order from somewhere else. The picture I posted is not a reply to my review but from another dissatisfied customer. Logan's response to Lauren M’s review says it all. Also what is with all the grammar errors, numerous misspelled words, and beligiant tone from Logan's response. Lol. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this business."

"Two hours later, I received a call informing me that my payment had been declined. Confused, I put the young lady on hold while I checked my account. To my shock, I saw that the restaurant had attempted to charge my card $412.02, which was declined, and then tried to charge another $189. When I inquired about it, I was told that's how the computer system worked. This explanation made no sense, especially since the initial $189 was already marked as paid in my account. A young man, presumably the manager, then took over the call and spoke to me in a condescending manner, demanding that I come downstairs with another credit card. He didn’t take the time to listen to my explanation or check my account details. I had half an hour left to pack for four people and to put our suitcases outside, so I politely declined to go to the lobby. He then threatened to come to my room with security. I spoke to the hotel manager, who promised to resolve the issue. However, I was then confronted by two men, a security guard and the manager, who treated me like a criminal. They were condescending and refused to look at my account on my phone to see what I was seeing. At one point, the security guard threatened to call the police and have me arrested when I questioned the additional charges—$412.02 and another $189. To me, that's theft. This incident reinforces why I prefer not to use credit or bank cards and instead opt for my Wise account, transferring only the amount I intend to spend for the day. I was thoroughly disgusted by the way I was treated. When my husband and brothers arrived, the men suddenly changed their tone, claiming the extra charges were a mistake caused by a computer glitch. To avoid further complications, especially as people of color in a predominantly white town, my brother ended up paying the $189 again. However, the money still hasn't been reflected in my account, meaning we’ve effectively paid twice and I now have to wait for a refund. The entire experience was humiliating; I felt harassed, and my children were traumatized by the way I was treated. There was no corrective action, no apology—just a treatment that made me feel like a criminal. I am truly disgusted."

"Even though I had to return to work and could not partake of any sort of alcoholic beverages, the Build Your Own Pizza was great, hot and delicious!!! My build: Thick Crust, Mozzarella, Ricotta and Gouda Cheese; Italian Salami, Italian Sausage and Shrimp with Red Onions. Hmm, hmm Good!!! Dessert: Cinnamon bites with Marshmallows topped with Chocolate Sauce. Sweet N Tasty! The restaurant staff person Mr. Marcus B who took my order and served me, was very professional, a good listener, extremely knowledgeable. Great Customer Service and hospitality experience! If I were into the Sports Bar N Grill hopping scene and being around large crowds of people, this would be a place where I would know that the food is very good, and the staff personnel are good human beings! For my very first dining visit to Oggi 's s Sports Brewhouse, even though I was alone, I enjoyed it! And would visit again if ever the opportunity arises. My BYO pizza was a 16 for $44.75 with a bottle of Coca Cola Mex Coke style $5.00 and the S 'mores Cinnabites $8.00. Subtotal: $57.75 Tax: $4.48 $62.23 $8.00 Tip to Mr. Marcus B all rounded out for: $70 out of a Benjamin $100 C note) $30.00 change. Man! I 'm travel working, so I will definitely expense it all back to my current client, and write it off on my taxes at the end of the year! ?????Tech Support Project Contractor, only way to work these days.
