"We recently visited Culver's for the first time since moving to North Dakota, and we had a great experience. Even though she seemed to be new, all of our food was prepared correctly, and the owner came by to share some insights about the restaurant. "I visited Culver's after spending a week at summer camp, and I was pleased with my experience. The food was delicious, as always. Although there were quite a few staff members and a bit of a line, it moved quickly, and the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended my meal with a vanilla concrete mixed with fruit. They blended it for a while, which made it a bit more liquid than I expected, but overall, everything was great!"

"The butter burger is absolutely delicious and juicy—definitely no imitation burgers here! The crinkle-cut fries are fresh, crunchy, and soft on the inside, far superior to typical fast food fries. The staff were quick and very friendly. I highly recommend this place! However, in October 2022, I tried the three-piece fish dinner with a large soda. If I had known the price beforehand, I wouldn’t have ordered it. It was $18! While the fish tasted good, it wasn’t worth that price—it was soggy on the bottom and didn’t come with enough tartar sauce. I didn't even touch the fries. The coleslaw was nice, but still, the overall value didn’t match the high cost. Honestly, for that amount, I could have had a steak dinner. The price was disappointing. Plus, it took over 10 minutes for my order to be delivered to my car from the drive-thru."

"I stopped by Culver's for a quick meal on my drive up north. While the food was decent, the service was incredibly long and not particularly friendly. This location was overwhelmed, and it showed; we ended up waiting over 20 minutes for our food. The person who took my order didn't even acknowledge me, and I had to get their attention. I also noticed that I requested four chicken tenders, but only two were recorded in the system. They forgot the ranch dressing and the apple juice as well. If I'm looking for a quick bite in the future, I won't be returning here."

"This was my first disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger basket along with a strawberry shake. Initially, I was given someone else's drink. After waiting for my food, what I received was a burnt mushroom and Swiss burger with no mushrooms, no fries, and a melted shake. If I wanted this kind of service, I would have gone to McDonald's."

"Always impressed with the excellent customer service...but last week I was blessed so greatly. This girl seriously needed a concrete mixer to drown some sorrows...pulled into the drive through right when the lights shut off...the weight of the day just got heavier....THEN, by the grace of God, the lights came on and the voice of an angel over the intercom and asked if she could make me something quick. I can't even tell you what that act of kindness and going above and beyond did for this girl struggling through some really heavy stuff right now. Culver's Cambridge- we as a community are blessed, not just because of excellent food, but because you have some of the very best workers that give amazing customer service."

"We loved every moment of our experience at Culver's! Although the restaurant was quite busy, they kept the lines moving smoothly. We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality from the cashiers, servers, and manager. We were greeted promptly, given time to peruse the menu, and received great suggestions tailored to my family's tastes. The temperature inside was perfect – not too cold that it felt rushed. The prices were very reasonable as well. They even helped us rearrange the furniture to accommodate our group. Leaving was the hardest part! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. And the food? Absolutely amazing! I took some pictures that I wish I could share, as the meals looked just like the advertisements and tasted even better! Juicy, rich, and truly delicious!"
