"This Uniontown Sheetz seriously messed up my order during a road trip about four hours away on the interstate. They almost didn’t give me my milkshake, even though it was the last item still waiting. When I asked about it, the woman seemed surprised there was a milkshake sitting on the counter and had to ask an indifferent team member who made it and if it belonged to a specific order. A quick check of our bag seemed fine at first, but once we were back on the interstate, I realized my chicken wraps didn’t have any chicken, and my boyfriend’s fries order was incomplete—we ordered two but only received one. It was tough trying to get a refund for these missing items. If Sheetz doesn’t resolve this, I won’t be coming back. I’ll take my business elsewhere where they actually fix their mistakes."
