"I was the first customer at the restaurant today, and it quickly began to fill up shortly after I arrived. Our server, Ashley, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating—her outstanding customer service truly enhanced my experience. I ordered the Egg-O-Nater with garlic fries (don’t tell my doctor!), and my meal was ready in about five minutes, which was a clear sign that it was freshly prepared rather than reheated. When I returned to work about 20 minutes later, I discovered that the burger was still warm, and the fries were perfectly crisp. I polished off the burger and can honestly say it was the best I've had in a long time. I would definitely travel to this part of town just for that burger. The fries were also delicious, and next time I plan to order a dipping sauce to add some extra flavor. Overall, while the fries were good, the burger was exceptional. This was my first visit, and the fantastic customer service combined with the incredible burger has definitely made me eager to return—perhaps even for Super Bowl Sunday, to enjoy a drink, a burger, and celebrate a Kansas City victory!"
