"I visited their booth at Bite of Seattle 2023.I understand the experience might be less, but this was utterly atrocious. We ordered a Pina Colada Smoothie for $10We received a half-full small cup of whitish clear liquid, with a few coconut flakes floating inside. This was withdrawn, premade, from a cooler.I tasted it anyway, and it tasted like sour water. As far as I could tell, it was literally tap water with white color added. If you know your product will not meet your brand, don 't serve it. Period. There 's no excuse for a diminished experience like this. If everything melted in the cooler, don 't sell it.If you can 't sell from a booth and keep the quality at least decent, don 't. It can, and should, hurt your brand. There were dozens of smoothie shops at the same event, traveling much further than across the street, that managed to pull this off just fine. This tells me that the festival was treated as a chance to earn a quick profit, which left a bad taste in my mouth, beyond that so-called 'smoothie '"
