"Very poor quality, the tater tots were old and reheated in the bowls I got and they said to pull forward so they could make fresh ones. "In September 2022, I stopped at this restaurant while passing through Kansas and ordered the garlic Parmesan burger with fries and a mudslide dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent as well, and the restaurant had a really cool Elvis-themed decor. Even though I ordered my food to go, I still went inside to enjoy the atmosphere. They offer a sizable menu with numerous dessert options, truly setting a high standard for fast food places. Since it was my first time visiting Spangles, I found it randomly through Google, and I'm glad I did! If I come across another location in the future, I will definitely return. I highly recommend this place!"

"The food was enjoyable, and the staff was generally friendly. However, there was a small issue when I requested dessert for my family; the employee hadn’t prepared it, so I had to ask again. A more significant concern was that the floors were damp and extremely slippery. Although there were warning signs, they didn’t alleviate the slippery conditions. Both my son and I nearly slipped and fell twice."

"The food is hit or miss sometimes. I used to eat here a lot and now only two or three times/month. The breakfast sandwiches and burgers had a lot more bacon a few years ago and it seemed to be thicker and better. I used to say I'd never had better breakfast or burger/fries anywhere and now it's much like any other fast food. At very least my order is typically right."
