"Was looking forward to delicious breakfast options, but I left with a huge disappointment. I ordered French toast deluxe and ask the waiter to swap out the ham for an egg and he did, but when I received my check, he charged me for the egg. I asked him whyhe charged me when I wanted the egg instead of ham, and he said that it didn?t work that way. That?s is so ridiculous! Ispecifically said that I wanted the egg instead of ham, and why didn?t he tell me at first? I was overall not pleased with thefood. The French toast and egg were average, the bacon was way too overcooked, and the sausage tasted bland. I might as well goto the McDonald?s across from this restaurant if I have to spend $20 tip on this type of food and service. Before I left, Iasked him to split a $20 so that I could tip him and he gave me 4 $5?s. This is him asking me to tip him $5, which is almost26%! Did he really expect me to tip him such a generous amount when he charged me for $1 for the egg, wasn?t so friendly, and Ididn?t even ask for additional service once? The impression that the waiter gave me is that he is greedy and extremelyunprofessional. I am always pretty generous with tips as I always give at least 15-18% or more (never less), but this was thevery first time that I gave a tip way below what I usually give."

"Drinks at the bar were weak. Food was awful. Rice was nasty part was mushy and overcooked, part was undercooked and crunchy. Meat was tastless and overdone. Nothing had any kind of flavor at all. I will never go back here for a meal again. Disgusting! Go any where else!"

"I am an original boatbuilder of the replica half moon ship built in Albany and featured as a cover photo on this restaurant?s menu so I was excited to eat at this establishment. The atmosphere is vintage dinner appeal with lots of chrome highlights. Thedining area is spacious and able to accommodate moderate size groups of diners. The staff provides quick and efficient service.I selected a broiled fisherman?s plater that looked like a fair amount of food. The food however was tasteless and was obviouslyfrozen not fresh. The sole was cold on the bottom and not palatable. The scallops were absolutely tasteless and rubbery. Theclams were flavored only by the spices on it. What a shame to put this plate of food on the table. I spoke with patrons whomordered the same dish and reported a similar disappointment. This meal is neither something a person should eat nor should therestaurant try to pass it off as something to sell. Very disappointing experience for lunch."

"My family and I visited this restaurant and our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and met my expectations, which is rare these days. The prices were reasonable and the food was served quickly. The waitress was especially helpful and accommodating with the kids. Overall, I would give the service a 5, the food a 4, and the atmosphere a 3. I would recommend trying the Toast and Pancake, Sandwich, and Fries. "I grew up on C&E Pizza in the 1970’s and 1980’s. It was a staple almost every weekend. I can remember vividly the day the building burned down when they were located almost across the street. Thankfully the family returned and kept making absolutely the best pizza wast of the CT river possibly all of CT.I haven’t been back in the area lately but I’ll definitely be eating here the next time I am. ? ?"

"I ordered a cheese steak wrap with fries and a tuna salad. It was excellent the wrap was better, than the traditional roll that is normally used for cheese steaks. Plus a wrap has less calories. The cheese steak wasn't oily at all which was a major plus, the onions and peppers really enhanced the flavor. The tuna salad was great. It had mixed lettuce, plum tomatoes,olives,cucumbers, and onions with a generous amount of tuna, with a soft small roll on the side. I was very pleased with the food. I normally bought pizza and wings from Frank's but will definitely order other dishes from now on. Thanks for the great food. I highly recommend Frank's."

"**First Visit**: We visited on a Sunday at 6 PM for dinner, and the restaurant wasn't crowded at all. The server was incredibly friendly and highly recommended their Chicken Alfredo. We ordered our usual diner favorites: a farm omelette and sunny-side-up eggs with wheat toast. The kids opted for Chicken Alfredo, French toast topped with strawberries and whipped cream, spaghetti with meatballs, and chicken tenders with fries. We also indulged in their chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert, which we absolutely loved! The cake was so soft, and the server even brought over a whole bottle of whipped cream so the kids could add extra sweetness to their treats. We will definitely be returning!"

"Most importantly, this is the best pizza by the slice available in Bay Ridge right now.We stopped in on a Saturday for a quick lunch and to-go order and walked away pleasantly satisfied. The Hot Grandma's square with pepperoni and Mike's Hot Honey was delicious and very well-balanced. The Mediterranean slice was fresh and featured an abundance of fresh vegetables and olives. The to-go item was a buffalo chicken slice which looked and tasted amazing.The only disappointment was the small order of garlic knots. It did not taste like it was made with the same dough as the pizza, or the same sauce as on the pizza. Leading to an off taste when being eaten along with the pizza. "The delivery service is consistently slow. If they manage to get something delivered within an hour, that's considered a win. However, tonight it took an hour and twenty minutes. On top of that, they charge a $2.00 delivery fee for this so-called service. It’s not just about delivery, either. Recently, my wife called in for two subs and some potato skins half an hour before picking them up, only to wait an additional 25 minutes once she arrived. The food itself is typical pizza house fare—it's hit or miss. You can never count on having a great meal there; it's just enough to keep you from going hungry. The only reason we continue to order from this place is because the other options in the area aren’t much better."
