"rude, rude, rude! I called a week in advance for a party on 20 people. they said I was all ready, I had a table reserved and everything. to the luck I called the day before to confirm because they completely dropped my reservation. After waiting for 20 minutes, 4 people answered and told me that I had never stopped and that they could not join my party. to boot, the waitress hanged on me when I asked what to do. I called back, talked to the owner, no repentance. great customer service, snookers (just a sweat that I am attracted, there are other places to drink and play pool."

"Wow! I live in Annapolis, so I don 't get up to Severna Park too often. This morning, I had a dentist appointment in the little office park adjacent to this restaurant, so I decided to check it out for lunch. The interior is lovely and stylishly decorated. The seating is at different levels, separated by half walls, to maximize privacy. They start you out with a bread basket, served with olive oil with a tomato parmesan blend. That could almost have been a meal by itself. I ordered the Scallop Trucco Risotto. The menu description said scallop pieces but there was a whole scallop on top and chopped scallops throughout the dish. It was delicious. The tasty risotto also contained chopped tomatoes, and it was garnished with micro greens. I thought for a minute that I had received the larger dinner portion since I had not explicitly asked for the lunch size. When I asked the server at the end, he confirmed it was the lunch portion--a humongous amount for the price (only $17). The service was friendly and prompt, the food was wonderful, and the atmosphere was charming. I will definitely put this on my list for a return visit."

"Much better than average wknd brunch buffet for about $20 per person. Some smoked salmon and charcuterie, along w/ real sausage gravy and biscuits, very good sausage links, and a rare cheesy potato dish far above the standard breakfast spud. The make-to-order omelette lady performed exceptionally, and there was also turkey breast off the knife WITH GRAVY, and also waffles if you're still hungry. This is also a great sports bar, w/ large and small TV's everywhere, including in every booth. WIFI works well and there are power connections plentiful. You're not going to find many bargains though, especially at the bar. Appetizers are also overpriced, but I admit I haven't tried their happy hour as yet."

"I truly miss what Planet Pizza use to be. My family and I have been faithful loyal customers for over 25 years. These past few years, they have been going down. The atmosphere is terrible. I’ve had attitude given to me on the phone and in person, orders incorrect, etc. I’ve tried to ignore it but my most recent interaction was my final straw. I walked in there with a friend and we were standing at the counter for 5 minutes and were ignored.. they saw us and intentionally ignored us. I told my friend I’m not spending my money here and started walking out. Maybe they noticed I was walking away so one of the workers that’s been there for years finally spoke. I attempted to order a slice I ALWAYS order. It’s never in the counter, i just order it and they typically add the toppings to a plain slice. This time, the worker was completely disinterested in what I wanted and told me to pick from the counter. It was the coldness in his tone, like I was bothering him. We walked out. It was in that moment I realized I will never spend another dime with Planet Pizza I mean that. I went down the road to another pizzeria, they were SO WELCOMING it was my first time there the food was good. That further solidified my decision to never spend my money with Planet Pizza. Greenburgh residents have helped support and sustain this business and the way they treat members in the community as if we are a bother is actually ridiculous."

"Wow, food, drinks, desserts, and a fancy old pub/bar feel. This was the first time that I had gone to Golden Valley, but it will not be my last. I was super impressed with the small home feel of the food, incredibly well portioned, delicious and filling. The service was prompt, light and informational, and most of all…friendly. Even with a packed house of clients…the service team was so good. Besides for the food, the beer selection on tap was amazing. They offer everything, Porter, Stouts, IPA, ciders, and my favorite now…a good sour. They offer a really fun presentation of beers to taste by the looks of it, 10 different styles. That may be the way to go to find the perfect flavor for your palette. We will be back. Order more of the specials, and definitely try to leave more room for that incredible Oreo cookie dessert they had."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

Tonight, we ordered a personal pizza with extra onion, which cost an additional $2.50. A 3 lb bag of onions for a regular consumer is only $2.50 to $3.00, so the markup for extra onion is excessive. "Leo 's never disappoints! Great atmosphere, fantastic menu, fresh and delicious seafood, and well trained, excellent servers. Leo 's is a true fine dining experience in downtown Grand Rapids. I always love it when the server adds value to a wonderful evening Brook, our server last night, has a great sense of humor, timed our meal perfectly as we were visiting with our good friends and taking our time with cocktails and food. We loved everything we ordered (Calamari, Halibut, Jambalaya, and Crab Cakes). The portion sizes were just right, too. They have several cozy booths as well as many tables along the windows if you want to make a request to avoid sitting in the middle of the room. "I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"I moved to the Burgh about a year ago. I am a pizza connoisseur. I like everything pizza, calzone, stromboli. So to be completely frank I was skeptical. "Our experience at Teak seems to have differed vastly from other reviewers. We were disappointed in most aspects of our dinner. The positives: most of the restaurant does appear to have great views, even after dark as there was a beautiful full moon reflecting on the water. Our appetizer was tasty (the brussel sprouts). And the staff was quick to move us to a different table when one of the diners at the table next to us continued to carry on a loud conversation using the speaker on her phone and it became bothersome. The less positive: the restaurant was nowhere near full yet we were moved to a table with a view of 3 TV 's (but fortunately without sound on) right next to a quite lively party of 6. Not the greatest atmosphere. My husband 's salmon was fine but my steak frites arrived barely room temperature and the parmesan fries were cold. Looked and tasted like inexpensive cafeteria food. The restaurant is large and open with extremely high ceilings which creates a mixed bag for the dining experience--nothing cozy about it but I can 't imagine the sound level if there were low ceilings. Possibly lunch would be a better choice here, so what 's lacking in the food quality is somewhat balanced by the view."
