"Ariel, our cashier/waiter extraordinaire, was amazing exceptionally friendly. He a few of his fellow staff members assisted creating my own personal dish by replacing the grilled chicken on their Caesars ' Salad with 5-inch beef slices accompanied with BBQ sauce. I suggest they call the new dish Beef Caesars ' Salad . You 're welcome. It was delicious. Plus, we had four folks in our party the total cost of the meal was under $60 including taxes tip. This place is the best dining value in Hoffman Estates. Good times. We ordered:Buona beef Caesars ' salad with BBQ sauce lemonade.Buona, 5-inch beef sandwich with a side of Italian pasta salad, medium strawberry shake bottled water.Buona, 7-inch beef sandwich with large strawberry shake bottled water.Signature Rigatoni marinara pasta with bottled water."

"I had such a pleasant catering experience here. They were so flexible and accommodating. Reasonable pricing too compared to most other places. I placed a $400 order online and needed to order more food at the last minute. I called them and they were able to do it and to deliver the entire order even though originally it was supposed to be a pickup. The only con was they are not able to accept payment over the phone so I had to go into the location to pay but I was okay with that as I was so happy they were able to accommodate the more food needed. Would use their catering service again and the food was delicious!"

"There is a large, permanent sign in front of the restaurant. It says $25 for 2 XL pizzas and a Howie bread. This sign is lying. According to the dark haired female manager that refused to give us her name the sign is old and they have new prices. When it was pointed out that they advertised at that price she shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. She also claimed to not know the store manager name, district manager name or even a phone number. Normally I'm pretty chill about things but she was rude and being deliberately stubborn about the price. I'm on vacation here and the new price could have been easily changed to the old price. Even better would be to cover the sign until a new one arrives. I would rate this attitude issue at zero if I could."

"These guys have really made the 3 topping special with extra cheese, pepperoni and classic pepperoni perfect EVERYTIME for the last 3 visits. All of them were about 1-2 weeks apart. I'm just saying I'm tortured. Perfect amount of cheese and the ratio of pepperoni to cheese seems to be calculated to an eerily nay personal precision. As always me and Ed's sauce is saucy. Only wanted to drop this line to the manager or who should know that the staff in the kitchen has practiced their Telepathic Pizza Precision Estimate Exercises (in the industry we call it TPP [obvily short for TPPEE. Or as the Americans called... Teepee very often used and not built up; it can also provide protection in the rain] if pick-up orders via the phone. If you want more information about TPP, do not find it online. But let me explain some basics. All you have to do is listen to Inflection and Innation Levels when the desired toppings are requested by the customer. Harmonic resonance is created during a passionate request of a topping and can be worn for thousands of miles and with enough harmonic resonance will often revolve around the globe. November and the staff and pizza were both exceptional again, changed to 5 stars because that's how I roll. Good pizza makes me so horny."

"Give Fireside a try! Our group, The Taste Buddies, visited last week and we were extremely pleased with our choice. The restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday evening. Our group of five ordered four different wood-fired pizzas and salads using some recently discovered Groupon deals (we had planned to go anyway). The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The salads were fresh and generous enough to serve two if desired. The wood-fired pizzas were outstanding. Overall, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. They have a selection of beer and wine available... we will definitely be returning!"

"Just called to place a order for pick up, the guy says can you hold please, I say no problem. I'm on hold for 10 mins. Hang up and call back and the guy is ready to take my order.??? Like ok what was the hold for then. Get done ordering and he asks me over the next minute of reading my order back to me and telling my total, anything else? Or will that be all.? Are y'all just that burnt? Hire some people with some personality or some type of upbeat bright minded folks. It would sell the food a whole lot more."
