"I rated 3 and my boyfriend rated 4 stars. We both ordered filet mignon. He got the mashed potatoes and I got the green beans. We also got the famous shrimp cocktail. Compliment sandwich here… the sides were very tasty and not overly done with oil or butter. The rolls were good with lots of butter. I really enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, but you MUST be a fan of horseradish. My boyfriend did not like it at all, but he dislikes horseradish. The cocktail sauce had a quick sharp bite to it, so get ready. I gave Harry and Izzy’s 3 stars because I am a steak snob. I love to cook and rarely eat out because I make things the way I like. I ordered a medium rare steak. For over $50, I would have expected it to be correctly cooked. It was well done and not good. In my opinion, a well done steak is a great way to ruin a steak. My boyfriend likes his steak burnt to a crisp and he liked it. He thought it had a lot of flavor. The waitress did send the manager over, but I’m not into giving a second chance on a first impression with food. The atmosphere was nice. I had a very good Cabernet Sauvignon (I got the Justin, Paso Rubles). I don’t think I will eat here again unless I have gift card."

"Our waitress could have not been more helpful, she was the BEST!! Tall w/ dark brown, longer hair, forgetting her name. She was wonderful, knew the menu and what each item was perfectly !! Food was good, my prime ribeye had quite a bit of fat on it, which was surprising for the pricetag, but flavorful, feel like 1/4 of the steak got wasted (and I usually don't mind some fat). Was not quite expecting to spend $171 on a Sunday lunch, but it is what it is. Prices have increased dramatically since here last pre-covid, but prices are crazy everywhere. Celebrating, so 3 of us split 2 desserts. I would return, but cannot afford to eat here very often at this newer price point."

"On December 3rd, I received an email from The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe apologizing for the inconvenience and canceling the transaction. Despite this issue, I will continue to support The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe. However, the Redlands Chamber of Commerce should address this issue to ensure that all downtown businesses are not affected during the Christmas season. I had ordered a 16-inch prospector pizza online on Saturday, December 2nd, and paid $34.28 for it using a credit card. Unfortunately, my wife was unable to pick up the pizza as all the streets were blocked off for the holidays, making it impossible to get within 2 miles of the shop. When I tried calling to cancel the order, no one answered the phone, and their voicemail was full. It is frustrating that there was no way to contact them, especially during the holiday season when the streets are blocked off annually. This situation is unacceptable."

"I ordered plain chicken and cheese quesadillas, but instead, we received one filled with an excess of onions and peppers and barely any chicken. We never asked for peppers and onions, which are not listed on their online menu— only chicken and cheese is specified. When I called to clarify that we didn't order those ingredients, especially since my husband has severe reactions to peppers, the man on the phone informed me that I would need to purchase another quesadilla to fix the issue. How is it my responsibility to buy another item when it was their error? They also forgot another item that was supposed to accompany my order. It's frustrating to think I have to spend more money for something that was their mistake. It feels wrong that they would take my money for an incorrect order without making an effort to resolve it. The quesadilla was untouched; we didn't eat it or request a replacement. We even offered to return it in exchange for the order we originally placed and paid for, but now it’s just in the trash, and I have to order something else for my husband. I feel cheated, and this experience was far from acceptable."

"Had the extreme pleasure of stopping in to Verona Pizza yesterday on my way to take my son to see Journey at Citizens Bank Park. I had been told by some people that I trust that this was a steak I absolutely needed to try. I’m happy to report that this was a fact. The place was bright and clean, the woman taking the orders was friendly and helpful, and they had both indoor and outdoor seating available. This is a $14 cheesesteak that is significantly better than these $18+ steaks I’ve tried. Fresh ribeye, cooper sharp, fried onion, on a seeded Sarcone’s roll. There was A LOT of steak on this sandwich, and I mean a lot. I’m a big boy and I took half of this home. The onions were a good size dice, I usually like them a tad smaller but they were nowhere near the headlight sized onions at some places. The onions were also cooked perfectly. Plenty of cooper sharp melted throughout this sandwich. The roll speaks for itself, Sarcones has been a big name for a long time. If you haven’t checked this spot out yet, you really should. My video will be up tonight but for now I can tell you…it Didn’t Suck!"

"12/4/23.OIP menu I ordered a cheesesteak wrap ?. I got onion rings and breaded mushrooms and mozzarella Styx also got an order of spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was okay except the cheese steak ? wrap. It was a total disappointment. To my discover my chsteak wrap, turned out to be a hamburger chopped up. It was very dense n dry to eat. My initial thought was oh try it maybe it's not bad. Well it was super dry. I called to tell them with my complaint. The number on my receipt was for a different pizza shop. In the 267 area code so I looked up the local number in Berwick pa. So I called the young lady I talked to was very nice n tried to be helpful. I appreciated her kindness. However when she said she would speak with the owner. He stated well that's the way he been doing it for 20 years . So if you got your heart set out on a chsteak wrap, that's not what you get here. It was very disappointing the owner didn't even try n make it right. Needless to say even though I was upset about it I explained to the young lady they need to say chopped steak not chsteak. Then ppl would know what they are ordering. Other wise their products aren't to bad. Some are very GOOD. JUST UPSET FEELING MISLEAD OVER A CHEESE BURGER CUT UP IN A WRAP. IT WAS $9.00. FOR A DRY DENSE BURGER,CHOPPED UP INTO A WRAP.. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LEGITIMATE CONCERN, please CONTINUE TO SUPPORT them. Even though I'm very disappointed of the feedback from the owner thru the young lady on the phone. We have been getting from them for well over a year. "When a restaurant starts cutting corners, it's bound to lose customers. We hadn't eaten here in a while, but we've been coming since our kids were young. Unfortunately, the place was not clean. The tables, floors, and menus were all sticky. A large pizza with two toppings cost $22.49, and the ingredients were below average. The cheese was rubbery and barely melted, the sauce lacked flavor, and the pizza was overly greasy. We couldn't even get our beer in a frosted glass, and we were disappointed to find that they didn’t provide a new glass with each order. As we looked around, we realized we were the only customers, which was shocking for one of our favorite spots. It’s time for us to remove this restaurant from our list of places to revisit. When a business fails to maintain the quality that once made it great, it jeopardizes its future. Such a shame!"

"Wonderful experience! I came to my birthday dinner (Rache Deal) and everything was amazing. I started with a cocktail, not sure the name, but it was passion fruit, surprisingly strong but perfectly sweetened. My friend, a Sangria master, ordered the Sangria white wine and loved it. My other friend ordered the Nana (mint) tea and it looked so refreshing. For my head, I ordered the glazed soot salmon, and I wiped out the potatoes for the French french fries. The portions were generous and everything was very well seasoned. FF 's were crispy, but freshly soft and perfectly salted, veggies were also well seasoned and limpy- but in a good cooked way. I liked the salmon cut bc it was thicc still crispy at all right places. My friends ordered the classic Fatuccini alfredo and the Sushi as their main thing and they enjoyed their food. The service was A1 and the waitress went out of her way to make my dinner special. For dessert, I could not order the milk, and after she let us know what milk is contained, she returned with a cup of pickled cream (a doll Iykiyk) with a candle! Although I couldn't eat it, she wanted my friends to still sing HBD to me, and I thought that was the sweetest gesture. This is now the energy I expect for all kosher milk restaurants. I hope my friends tipped her good bc bday girl never pays. Décor is bright, modern, aqua-water vibes and next time I will return it 'll be for brunch/lunch bc the menu sees Bomb."

"I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. From start to finish, it was a disaster. First, the staff's behavior was appalling. They were rude, inattentive, and seemed annoyed by simple requests. It felt like they didn't care about customer service at all. Secondly, the food quality was terrible. The dishes were bland, cold, and clearly not fresh. It was one of the worst meals I've ever had. To top it off, the packaging was a mess. Items were carelessly thrown into containers, leading to spills and a complete lack of presentation. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. The combination of terrible treatment, poor food quality, and sloppy packaging made for an awful experience."

"The portions were large, but the Shrimp Florentine lacked flavor, and the Rigatoni Bolognese was just average. The Linguine with meatballs was impressive in size, featuring three large meatballs, but the taste was only so-so. The Chicken Parmesan was also quite large, consisting of two thick chicken breasts, which resulted in mostly dry and unexciting chicken. Additionally, the sodas were overpriced. In total, our bill came to nearly $170 after including tips, just for five plates of pasta and a couple of lemonades and sodas. Overall, we were left disappointed."

"The table next to mine waited for 15 minutes before asking to place their order, only to find out that no one knew who their server was. It’s hard to feel inclined to tip well when other tables are being ignored. To make things worse, when we tried to place our order, the server laughed at us and brushed off our request, telling us to just make sure to tip well. We never received the chips we asked for, and she even grumbled when one of us ordered water, as if it were an inconvenience because it’s free."

"This place is a hidden gem with delicious pizza but let me start with the service. Service was amazing, the owner was very helpful, polite and very nice. So now to the Pizza, the pizza was very good the taste of the dough and the sauce it?s unexplainable (on a good way) they are homemade. This was our first time and definitely won?t be our last if you do decide to eat here you will definitely not regret it. My favorite pizza was the Meat Signature Pizza it has pepperoni, canadian bacon, sausage, salami and the best of all was the pieces of bacon that got me, the bacon is actually well cooked bacon not like other places that you?ll get soggy half cooked bacon, my second favorite pizza was BBQ chicken pizza and if you like barbecue sauce you?ll definitely like this one, the third favorite pizza was the Tuscan pizza and the last which don?t get me wrong it was also very good but personally my 4th pizza would be Santa Fe chicken pizza. I highly recommend this place."

"We also sampled the Southwest egg rolls, which were generously sized and great for sharing. They packed a flavorful southwest punch. The Fiesta wrap was tasty too; I anticipated the jalapeño wrap to be spicy, but it was surprisingly mild—ironically, the egg rolls were spicier. The wrap was also easy to split between two people. The skinny fries that came with it were delicious. I ordered the margarita pizza but wasn’t a fan of the pesto sauce, as it changed the traditional margarita flavor I was expecting. I must have missed that detail on the menu since it likely mentioned the sauce. Overall, the menu had a diverse selection, and the atmosphere had a fun sports bar vibe. The Cucumber Gimlet was refreshing with a strong cucumber flavor, which I really liked. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit enjoyable."

"I'm not sure what has changed, but this experience was not at all up to the usual 4/5-star standards I’ve come to expect from Uncle Joe's. I arrived for a pickup just two minutes after the time indicated for my online order, yet I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. Throughout that time, I could see part of my order just sitting on top of the oven. Uncle Joe's pizza is nearly unbeatable in the area, and while I'm typically fine with paying a little extra for the quality and service, that wasn't the case today. The pizza was soggy, and one of the boxes was wet. I generally don’t let one bad experience keep me from returning, but this time might be different. The staff was loudly discussing staying up late partying and using cannabis, which is not the atmosphere I've known at Uncle Joe's for the past decade. I really hope they address these issues quickly."
