"I was advised to check out this restaurant after seeing it featured on the news as one of the top pizza spots in Houston, TX. Unfortunately, I found it to be quite disappointing! I ordered a slice to sample, and they served me a cold piece of pizza, merely sprinkling on some fresh cheese and reheating it. I actually watched them do this—it seems like a standard practice for them. The price definitely wasn’t justified! This place is overrated and I wouldn’t recommend stopping by."

"I love in miamisburg and my son brought me a Rechards. Stake sandwich. I can only offer a three since the secret recipe that used to make the stake sandwiches is no longer used. Richard the founder had a closely kept recepe that makes the stake sandwich unique and there was national demand for them. Who ever took over the business after him did not see the value. Dream of having a time machine so I could go back in time to the five restaurant that had the original. Reminds me of the Old testament Bible verse on Ezera that says. . But many of the older priests and Levites and family heads, who had seen the former temple, wept aloud when they saw the foundation of this temple being laid, while many others shouted for joy"

"I have visited this restaurant before just for drinks and appetizers, but today I went during happy hour. The drink and appetizer prices were fantastic, and everything we tried was delicious. We sampled a variety of items and ended up getting pizza, which was outstanding! The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with lots of families playing games in the dining room. The service was great, and overall it was a wonderful dinner experience."

"I don't usually order take-out, but this time I decided to try online ordering for home delivery without contact, and it arrived in just 20-30 minutes. The delivery driver was friendly and cheerful, wearing a mask and following the delivery instructions perfectly. He even gave me a polite wave and said "take care" when I came outside. The pizzas were as hot as I could have hoped— the thick crust was very hot, while the thin crust was a bit less hot, which is expected. My order was completely correct, and the delivery tracking seemed accurate in terms of when to expect it. If I decide to order another pizza, I know exactly where to go for quality food."

"Bottom Line:Inattentive service, crowded, sub-par food, would not recommend going out of your way for. Maybe if you're already walking by the restaurant and are craving pizza.Atmosphere:This seems like a small business. A lot of natural lighting. The tables are very close together so you'll be squeezing between people to get to the inside tables. This isn't a place for people who value personal space. We were about a foot away from the table next to us. We could clearly hear their entire conversation and they could hear ours.Food:We ordered the side of Garlic Bread as an appetizer. The garlic flavor wasn’t really there and the marinara sauce that it came with tasted very cheap/store bought.I got the small award winning Mountain Top Pizza. The sauce on the pizza tasted similar to the marinara sauce that came with the Garlic Bread. It had a very fluffy interior, but the bottom crust was very soggy. Plenty of pepperoni, but I wish they added more mushrooms.My brother got the award winning Brooklyn Bridge. I don't know if they usually use the same sauce for all pizzas or not, but this one tasted much better than mine. It also had a much nicer crust while maintaining that fluffy interior. It could have spread the creamy NY Ricotta more throughout the pizza in smaller increments, but overall, I was satisfied with this pizza.Service:We were seated pretty quickly. Our waiter initially forgot our side of Hot Honey, but for the most part, our food came fairly quickly after ordering. He was kind and pretty knowledgeable about the menu, but I do wish he visited our table more often after we ordered. He was very attentive while waiting for us to place our orders, but only visited us at the end of our meal once we got our food. I wanted to get a beer after we got our food but didn't get a chance to.Overall, it seems like a convenient lunch spot for the surrounding neighborhood, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this restaurant as a tourist."
"I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza with garlic sauce, steak, bacon, and feta. When I received it, there was a large bubble in the middle causing the toppings to slide off. The staff quickly offered to remake it in a Brooklyn Style, assuring me it would be better. The manager explained that the issue was due to the combination of sauce and the regular dough. After a bit of a wait, the new pizza was ready and it was definitely worth it. They even let me keep both pizzas. The staff at this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations."
"Stops for a $5.00 fast pizza... it was dry and the cheese was hard......lauke warm. It seems to be sitting for quite a-while. I thought Dominos was better than Little Ceasars. It wasn't even close. I would never buy another."

"The pizza is always fresh and hot when we get it delivered, and the workers are friendly when we do carry out. Really great deals all the time on the app, and sometimes in the store. We're able to get about 3 pizzas and stuffed cheesey bread for under $30. However, I'm giving 4 stars because every single time I order a buffalo pizza with ranch as the base, I get one of two things: no chicken, no ranch base, and no buffalo sauce. Basically just dough and cheese. Or I end up with no chicken and buffalo sauce. We do get a credit for the next order when we call and let them know, and the employees seem apologetic, but this has happened more than 7 times. We quit doing delivery when I order that specific pizza, and now strictly do pick up only. Every time we pick up the pizza we check them at the counter, and they have to remake the pizza. I won't insult the employees, because I get how stressful and busy food service is as a past food service worker myself. However, I feel they should read the orders better, or double check the order before baking. With that said, this is a great pizza place especially when you're on a budget. Use the app and ask for the daily deals if you call. The drivers have always been very friendly, so remember to give them a good tip!"
"The staff really needs to improve their phone etiquette. When I called, all I got was a simple "hello" followed by silence, leaving me unsure if I had even reached Domino's. I was just trying to find out what time they closed—it's a simple question. I've been a loyal customer and I do appreciate their new drive-up option, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this location."

"If they had reached out to me immediately after I placed my order, I would have gladly accepted a refund. After waiting for such a long time, all we wanted was to feed our kids, so we ended up getting food from the hotel kiosk instead. There was no offer of compensation, and when I mentioned contacting corporate, the manager seemed indifferent. Update: We placed our order at 5:45 and didn’t receive our food until 8:05. It appeared to be the same pizza from our original order, and it was unappetizing. To make matters worse, we also didn’t receive the ranch dressing we had paid for."

"I just placed an order and there was nothing in my instructions indicating that the food should be left outside. The delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell and simply left the food on the porch. I only discovered it outside because I went to the door to turn on the light, thinking they might not have arrived yet. I called the restaurant several times, but no one picked up. Overall, very disappointing service."

"I got my first order delivered by them 12/23/21. I ordered a steak sub and my wife a BLT dispute order. my wife ate her and liked it. I pushed the cheese steak sub part out of his pocket and took one bite. I put it in the refrig. until the next morning. I stood up and took the cheese steak out of the refrig and the bag open to place the base on a plate. to my frightening I found a part-sub at the bottom of the bag, which was covered with greener shape. I waited until they were open at 15 o'clock and called to complain. the mgr said there was nothing in the bag when he brought my support into it for delivery. they sent a kerl back to my house to pick up the sub, so that the mgr could see him. he never called back to say that he's sorry, they're staying away from this dump."

"this place has gone so downhill! a few times ago I have filed a command, they were 20 minutes too late on the command. Last time I went tonight, they wouldn't answer their handys to command one. tonight, I put an order for 3 people on the phone for pickup. the girl took the command and I had even repeated the command. She told me it would take 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and they could not find the order. the girl on the theke asked if it were under another name. I said no, and I repeated what he commanded. they saw through the computer and command all the others who were ready. She says I don't know who you talked to, but it's gonna take 30 minutes, that's okay, I said. No, it's not okay! I said it was done in 45 minutes, 45 minutes ago you can't find it and want me to wait 30 minutes? I said, break off the order they can't find has been going here for years!. but no longer! save yourself frustration and time and choose another location folks!"
"I had a fantastic first-time experience at Domino's! They kept me updated on my order status, letting me know it was in the oven and would be ready in 8 to 10 minutes. We opted for carryout and our pizzas were hot and waiting for us upon arrival. Best of all, they were made exactly as requested and tasted absolutely delicious! "Get on the western Maryland railroad from Cumberland to Frostburg. When you get to Frostburg, make the 5-minute walk up to Fatboy’s. It will be worth it. Good food. Good people. 3 of 5 on atmosphere because it was the middle of the day on a Saturday. Food is standard pizzeria fare, but very good. Good selection of drinks. Some good home made cookies and brownies. “These are SO GOOD,” was all my five year old could say. She didn’t leave any to take back home to mom. That’s how you know it’s good. Owners are clearly Christian, but the good kind. Not pushy. Served people from different walks of life while we were there."
"We recently moved and have ordered from Dominos 3 or 4 times and it has been decent. However, on July 28th at 6:30pm, we placed an order and never received it. A big storm hit right after we ordered, causing a power outage at the store. No one notified us about the situation, and we only found out when my husband went to the store at 8:45pm. They promised to refund our money once the system was back up. When I called the next day, a rude associate said it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show up. A week later, my husband called again on August 4th to inquire about the refund, but the person he spoke with said they would pass our information to the manager. However, we still have not received our $56 refund or any communication about the situation. It is very disappointing that they made a profit while we never received our order or any updates regarding the power outage or refund process."
"For the most part, I've always been pretty satisfied with this location. We order from them pretty often. There have been times when the pizza did not match my order but I'd call, let them know and the manager would just make us a new pizza. No harm, no foul. The staff there have always been courteous. I prefer Pizza Hut where the food is concerned, but because of Dominoes professionalism and prices, I always choose them."
