"Service needs to be improved immediately. It is not professional to charge us extra bottles of water after 10 bottles, and not disclosing that fact on your restaurant, or menu. No where on the menu does it say you have to pay for water bottles, which is a huge problem if you have a budget. Especially when you have 5 people at your table, and all you can get is two bottles for everyone? Does this mean we can bring our own drinks into the restaurant? The server we had truly needs to be put her in place, as she told us “ I’ve already come back and forth to you guys numerous times and this is the 10th bottle, after you’ll be charged” So y’all just going to put out spicy food and expect the general public to deal with the heat without a beverage? Again.. for only two bottles per person. I won’t even go into how she didn’t check on us throughout the meal. Or how we had to get up from our family time lunch, go to the front counter ourselves and ask for the water. The salsa was eh, too sour. The tacos didn’t have nearly as much meat, and had more shell than anything. I will write that the sopaipiilas, red chile, and fries were delicious. But please either hire better servers, or train your current ones to be more efficient in tending to their customers like it’s their job to."
