"UPDATE: I am changing my review to a 5-star rating. Sam has shown that he is trustworthy and reliable, and I appreciate him for resolving the issue. In the future, I will probably go inside the restaurant to avoid any more misunderstandings. Initially, I had given a 3-star rating and mentioned that I would give a 5-star rating if it weren't for one problem. On two occasions, I ordered the premium plus option, which is supposed to consist of fancy donuts only. However, they included plain donuts in the box and sealed it with tape, so you wouldn't notice until after leaving that you had been deceived. Despite their lack of honesty, their donuts are exceptional! The first time, I assumed it was a mistake, but the second time, I felt cheated. Unfortunately, being deceived leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would also like to mention that if you haven't tried their donuts because you drove by and thought the place didn't look appealing, do not judge a book by its cover. The building may not be attractive, but their donuts are top-notch! In my opinion, they outshine House of Donuts, Voodoo, and Legendary. While all these places offer delicious donuts, this place is the best."
