"We really wanted to try this place after driving by and reading some positive reviews. Sadly, we couldn?t. We waited for someone to merely acknowledge us for 20 mins. Wait staff, the bartender, every paid employee pretended they didn?t see us or the party standing next to us that walked in a few minutes prior. I?ve never seen anything like it. It wasn?t even busy. Understanding that most places are short-staffed right now, there is still a simple way to handle this so that patrons feel welcomed and acknowledged. The bartender, just feet away, could?ve said something. Crickets. We finally left, assuming they just didn?t want our business, despite many empty tables within sight. Such an unfortunate experience for a local that will never return."
