However, ever since the ownership changed, the staff doesn’t seem as welcoming. They don’t greet you with a simple hello, which feels off-putting. The Mexican music playing loudly on the TV adds to the atmosphere, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of friendliness. I choose to go there and spend my money, but I don’t choose to have a negative experience. It's important to remember that without customers, there are no employees."
