"I love the bagels at this restaurant, and the place is very clean with friendly staff. However, I was disappointed during my recent lunch visit when I ordered a panini. The pictures online and on the menu showed a traditional panini with grill marks, so when I ordered, I specifically asked if it was made with ciabatta bread and if it was grilled in a panini press. I was assured that it was. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, it turned out to be a folded flat wrap that had been placed on a regular grill instead. It wasn't ciabatta bread and was definitely not made using a panini press. If I had known the truth, I wouldn't have ordered it, especially since the images seemed to depict a different product. I think I’ll stick to the bagels from now on. Additionally, if your hours end at 2:30 PM, please update the website because it currently states that you close at 3 PM."
