"When I arrived at the restaurant, I encountered a two-hour wait, which was expected given that it was a busy Saturday around 7:30 PM. So, keep in mind that wait times can be lengthy on weekends. Our server, Thea, was very friendly and did an excellent job of keeping everything organized. I ultimately gave the restaurant three stars because the food was just mediocre. I was particularly let down by the japchae, which was undercooked; the noodles were hard and excessively oily. I understand this is a K-BBQ restaurant, and you can typically find better japchae at local mom-and-pop shops. Another downside was the gochujang, which had a watery texture and tasted more like sriracha than the traditional, thicker sauce. In terms of banchan quality, I think there are better options at other K-BBQ establishments. However, if your main focus is the meat and you’re not too concerned about the other dishes, this place might suit you well."
