"Im not sure how the ratings for this place are as high as they are but I personally was EXTREMELY disappointed. I ordered the feista that included beef tortillas steak and cheese quesadeas chips and bean dip. Absolutely aweful. Not only did it taste like it wasnt season at all but the food seemed stale and old. I also had the tacos which were better but still not up to par for authentic Mexican food. I the quacamole WAS NOT BY ANY MEANS FRESH please review pictures. This was my first time ordering and it wIll be my last. But I always want to say any place can have a bad day. But this place isnt new and if simply seasoning food all the is hard then something is wrong."

"I made a reservation at El Serrano for Valentine's Day and we had a decent time overall, but I wish we had chosen a different restaurant. The ambiance was nice, as expected for the occasion."

"Not Mexican-12 dollar torta and coke is not mexican. I can say that because I am mexican. The asada is super salty. They had to do my order twice. Guacamole had no cilantro or onions. My torta had no spread of beans, Mexican cheese (Oaxaca or Fresco). The salsa is really weak. Long story short, really expensive and NOT authentic."
