"My niece and I have been enjoying lunch at Bella Milano every month for over five years, and we’ve never had a bad experience—the food is consistently excellent. Our regular server, Dana, is exceptionally attentive. She even places our order for artichoke dip as soon as she spots us entering the restaurant, so it arrives shortly after we're seated. We genuinely appreciate all that she does to make our lunches enjoyable. She definitely deserves a raise!"

"Food was okay, just average. As others have stated it's overpriced for quality of food. Had a chicken caesar salad and chicken was very dry. I've had better chicken caesar salads at the Wooden Nickel (a local bar grill) for less money.The worst part was the service which was terrible. Server did not clear empty plates from our table which is a standard for quality service. Just brought our bill and never asked is if we wanted desert. We had leftover food to take home and she just threw down a couple of plastic containers for us to box our own food. My wife had to ask for a bag to put containers in. Hostess told her they usually don't give out bags. We had eaten at Bella Milano a couple of months ago and the server had cleared our table, asked us about desert, and boxed our leftovers. So this time we expected the same great service and received just the opposite. We spent $70 for lunch for two people and if Bella Milano is going to charges those prices you expect superior service. We will not be going back."
