"This was undoubtedly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in terms of service! We waited 15 minutes just to receive a menu, and then it took another 20 minutes for our waitress to come back and take our order. There were only three of us for a late lunch, and with our table included, there were just five other tables being managed by two waiters. It took an incredibly long time to get our food. After waiting 35 minutes, I approached our waitress to inquire about our meal, and she simply said she'd go check in the kitchen. When she finally brought out our food, it was only lukewarm. I will never come back again!"
