"Today was my daughter's 27th birthday and we had made a reservation for 6:00 p.m. When we arrived at 5:55 p.m., we found out that our reservation had been given to a baby shower. This was a huge inconvenience and disappointment for my daughter. Due to the mistake made by the staff member who took our reservation, Molcajetes missed out on a payment of over $250. We will definitely be reconsidering giving our business to Molcajetes in the future. I wish I could give a negative 5-star rating after what happened to our family today, March 28, 2015."

"My family loves Jalisco Cafe, Bonita. First stop for our out of state visitors. Everything is good. Favorites are Enchilada Suiza, Quesadilla Ranchero Deluxe with Carne Asada, Chile con Carne Burrito Grande. Absolutely the best Chile Rellenos I have found anywhere. Out of state visitors freeze a lot of the delicious Jalisco Cafe food here and fly it back home with them, it is so good!"

"Honestly Im shocked at how consistently this place gets your order wrong. There is no excuse when you have a manager taking orders. For the 10th time they messed up my order. Im not exaggerating. "I ordered from here last night through DoorDash and spent $45. The food was ready quickly, and the dasher arrived in no time. The delivery location was less than five minutes away from Jack in the Box, and when I received my order, everything was extremely hot! Unfortunately, when I opened both bags, the Monster Taco was poorly packaged and greasier than usual. The Spicy Jack Chicken Wrap was also poorly assembled, and my Buttery Jack Burger looked like it had been handled carelessly. I was really hungry and opted for DoorDash due to my busy schedule, so I didn’t have time to take any pictures. However, compared to my previous experiences at the Jack in the Box on Redwood Blvd in Novato—where I’ve been many times—the presentation of this order was disappointing and detracted from my enjoyment of the meal."

"Yesterday, 9/29/2022 at 8:30:31AM, I witnessed my first wild Karen encounter as I was pulling up to the window to receive my food that I kindly asked for. The lady was white(typical), around 50 years old and not pulling it off very well(also typical),and she was yelling threats as well as insults at a young, female cashier. From what I caught, the older hag was calling theyoung cashier a ?bitch? and to meet her outside ?to fight her.? The older woman, of course, demanded a manager(really a spot-onKaren), and drove off in a huff after complaining to said manager that the cashier ?wasn?t respectful enough.? It was trulyYouTube material, but the whole encounter ended in about 3 minutes after I pulled up behind her. Finally, when it was my turn, Idrove up and apologized to the employee that was handling the register as the female cashier was calming down as she wasshaking. The male employee(David) asked if I saw what happened, and I replied that I caught the end of it and that I?d wished Irecorded it. As such, I?m writing this review to recognize the patience of the employees working there yesterday morning. It?snot your fault, and if the young female cashier was reported by the Karen to Corporate, here?s my testimony to counteract hers."

"Due to the pandemic we have not been there in over 2 years. First time back it appears that very little has changed. I think the table side menu got an upgrade as they appear to be fresh, well laid out and colorfully. The options seam the same and are many. It is hard to chose what to get as they all look great. The one thing that stands out is how friendly and accommodating they all are. The food comes to the table very hot (temperature) and great quality, quantity, and flavor. I am still surprised that they never are crowded. For the price and convenience of their location the fast food chain options have no comparison to what this place offers. Rancho Chico beats them all. Keep up the good work guys, you make dine in a pleasant experience."

"Pretty good for a fast food, meal deal experience. The service was pretty quick, even though they were short staffed. The dining room was clean, as were the restrooms. The food was hot and tasty. My Wife had the breakfast platter and I had the bonusJack burger combo. The burger was what I expected from an inexpensive burger, tasty but not high quality. The fries were hotand flavorful but a bit soggy. The breakfast platter was hot and yummy. All in all, a good fast food experience."

"Every time we go to this place, my husband and I are impressed with the food, the service and the amazing musicians in the live bands. Last night he had the scallops special and I had my usual, the wahine salad with some grilled shrimp. We also started with a bowl of their posole soup, which is so authentic just like when we were in Mexico a few years ago. Yum. And that pesto sauce with the bread is fab. The band last night was incredible. The saxophone player blew our minds. I think we put more in the tip jar than we spent on dinner because they were that good. The manager, Jose always says hello and we notice that everything runs smoothly under his watch. Highly recommend."

"My boyfriend was there last night and we weren’t given all of our order nor the correct drink. The place is 24hrs, so we attempted to call as soon as he got home and we saw the issue, but the phone just rings until what sounds like a fax machine picks up. I attempted multiple times last night and today with the same results. We want our money back for our missing items, but it seems this location is all about being rude and stealing from people instead of answering and rectifying their errors."

"Just to clarify about the 4 star service. My server was wonderful I just had to wait for the fabulous Pina Colada a bit too long. Not sure if the bartender was on break but when I was finally served WOWZA. THE Best! The shrimp cocktail was authentic but next time I'll remember to ask for no ketchup in mine. I still enjoyed it with a little ugh remembering that's how it's made in Tijuana and Mexicali. I'll come back for the Colada ..this coming Monday!! I can't wait!!"
