"I ordered a spaghetti and meatball dinner for myself and a meatball sub for my girlfriend. We picked up the food only living 5 mins away and immediately brought it back. There were no actual meatballs just awkward chunks of meatball like substance and zero sauce on the spaghetti that sat in about a half inch of murky pasta water probably left from not draining the pasta after they heated it up. I didnt even ask for a refund I just left the food on the counter. Disgusting display of food servics. Never going back."

"Been here before and it was great! I called tonight because it was about 8:20 pm and I wanted to ensure we would be able to eat in the dining area . I was told that they were still open and I even explained that we were takinh out two very heavy electric wheelchairs in order to dine in. I was reassured once again that they were still open. Got inside and we were told the dining area was closed and that they closed at 8pm. I had JIST called from their parking lot!! They were also rude about it. This was a huge inconvenience and because of it we will not return and will discourage our friends and family from going there as well!"

"Excellent large slice of pizza w 2 toppings added for $3.85 total and was an entire meal. Great taste and value. Mozza and sauce were my style and plentiful. Friendly gentleman at the counter. They just missed 5 stars because I have a pet-peeve about sanitation and the men's room had no soap, table had crumbs etc. I'll be back again for sure. If soap is available and a bit of effort keeping tables clean is made, will put in a 5 star review for sure. Update: I liked it so much I came back again the next day. Unfortunately there's still no soap in the bathroom, table I sat at had crumbs all over and the pizza was significantly less toppings and not like the day before. So I really enjoyed it yesterday but it was very average today. It appears that the pizza will be inconsistent so have a good look at what's on display before ordering."

"I ordered a roast beef and asked for it to be toasted but what I got looks like a dog food. I called the restaurant and they got defensive and told me that they toasted the beef and not the sub. No cheese or sauce was added. I have never seen a roast beef served like a steak and cheese before. It looks dry and awful. Everything they sell looks uninviting, even the soggy fries. I just had a surgery and decided to treat my family to a nice dinner but what I got is disappointing. Customer service is zero. This is what I got for a $45 order."

"This pizza place brings me back to the good old days back home, where pizza was made with passion in a family-owned business that stayed open late into the night. We ordered a large pizza and, realizing we didn't have enough time to eat it before attending a show at the Agganis Arena, we asked if they could keep it for us until we returned. "Seating was tight, we were placed at a table where I was bumped over and over as people passed behind me. Our food for the most part, was good. We usually enjoy it very much. This time I added the shrimp to make it “surf turf” with my prime rib. That was a mistake. Shrimp was cold and tasted fishy. Not appetizing at all. I voiced this but no one seemed to care. "Ok so… Corey is simply amazing. Backstory: I am getting married in June 2023 and my original venue that uses their own catering told me (3 months out from my wedding) that they were going to raise their menu prices that was already agreed upon over 33%!!! I started to freak out because that would put us extremely over budget. I started to post on local Facebook groups to see if any outside carters were available for my date and Corey reached out and told me to email him. Within in minutes, I received a response from Corey and the next day we chatted and he sent me over a menu with incredible food options for a ridiculously good price. He was so accommodating and understanding of my situation that we was willing to help in any way possible. THIS IS WHAT GOOD SERVICE LOOKS LIKE!!!! However, when I went back to my venue and told them I have an outside caterer on standby, they said they don’t allow outside catering (even though it doesn’t mention that I can’t use outside catering in my original contract but whatever). BUT, my venue did cave and told me they would honor my original quote and not raise the menu prices on me. Long story short… make sure your contract allows outside catering and hire On the Go! If I could have, I would have used On the Go in a heartbeat. Never settle for less… and Corey will give you his all!!!"
