"I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. The rib sandwich was terrible—burnt and extremely chewy. The pulled chicken sandwich was dry and lacked any flavor. The rib tips were also burnt and dry, and the potato salad was inedible. The potatoes were hard, and when mixed with bacon and cheese, it was just unappetizing. The coleslaw was revolting; it tasted like it was spoiled and went straight into the trash. The only redeeming dish was the mac and cheese, which was actually good. I’ve never posted a review like this before, but this was our first and last time ordering food from here. We ended up wasting $75. Perhaps eating there in person might be different, but I find it hard to believe it could be that much better. I really hate to leave such a negative review, but I hope others can learn from our experience!"
