"Delightful sushi and ramen! Chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my family. Enjoyed a large table that fit us all. We ordered two miso ramens as well as a Rainbow roll and Alaskan Roll. The Alaskan was my favorite with the little lemon slices on top love the citrus bursts. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to order avocado rolls fort children. Service was quick and checked on us for more napkins and refills. Would definitely return!Kid friendliness: We had 5 kids with us and all of the staff were kind.Parking: Plenty of spaces in front and across the parking lot"

"The express sushi and hibachi is decent. Based on what I've tried, it's comparable to the sushi from Publix or Sprouts. The General Tso's chicken, however, had quite a few pieces that were mostly breading, with just a few random pieces of broccoli underneath. The broccoli was overly sauced and overcooked, which made it less enjoyable. On the other hand, I did like the fried rice, but just a heads up—it’s simply fried rice without any eggs or vegetables. I appreciate the cleanliness of the place, and my food is always ready right when they say it will be. I've never had to wait too long when I come in to place an order."

"Zenna has quickly become one of my go-to Thai restaurants in Dallas. The Shrimp Tempura is absolutely delightful, and I also enjoyed the Edamame. The Yakitori Chicken was just average, featuring a teriyaki base. On the other hand, the Tom Kha Noodle Soup is exceptional. The Tornado Roll is tasty, and the Spicy Basil Fried Rice is fantastic, as is the Shrimp Red Curry. I was slightly let down by the Chicken Pad Thai, which could use some enhancements. However, the Fried Ice Cream is another fantastic reason to visit again. Overall, it's a wonderful dining experience, and the staff is very friendly!"

"Ordered a take out dinner around 7 pm. I wanted halibut hibachi, they didn’t have halibut. Then I asked for salmon hibachi, they didn’t have salmon either. Then I ordered chicken. I wanted rice on the side they ran out of rice, so only noodles could be on the side, and at the end they turned out to be one ball of sticky noodles (the dish is $21). Ordered four different sets of rolls all were terribly salty. And when we came to pick up food, they said they didn’t have miso soups anymore (we ordered 3 on the phone). Interesting experience"

"If I could I would rate this place -5 stars. I ordered a togo order online and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there on time and waited a long time to be helped. They finally came and told me they never received an order even though my card had been charged. They rung it in again and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes. In that time two different couples came in and ended up leaving because no one came to even acknowledge them. Mind you there are maybe 3 total customers in the restaurant at this time. All the staff goes and hides in the kitchen. Finally they came out with my order and said sorry not offering any type of discount or coupon. I live close to this place and have always wondered why there are maybe 2 customers there a day, now I know why. I also always see the employees sitting outside on the curb smoking cigarettes or on their phones for long periods of time. The food was just ok, definitely not worth the hassle. This is my first review ever because normally I judge Karen 's that have the time to get on here. I also used to work in restaurants in college so I 'm pretty understanding. But people need to know how much this place sucks. If you care at all about customer service, this ain 't it."

"Umi’s food was excellent. We ordered yellowtail jalapeño and scallop tiradito for appetizers. Everything came with some kind of pepper sliced on it which gave the food an extra kick. Next we had avocado salad with wasabi vinaigrette which was quite tasty and a nice palate cleanser. Then we had chefs signature nirigi: sake aioli and otoro caviar which were our favorite dishes of the night. For warm dishes, we had the smoked duck and the sea bass, both of which were quite good and laid off the heat of the other dishes. Our final dish was the fois gras roll which was delicious… savory but with a touch of sweetness. For dessert we had the Chocolate bento box for two with coffee which was the perfect way to end the meal. For ambience, the music was really too loud and when they dimmed the lights at 7pm it was like they turned them off completely except for wall sconces which made everything too dark. Everyone around us had to use phone lights to see their menus."

"terrible experience! I spent 10 minutes as the only one in the line while the 2 women chat in register away until after 10 minutes they decided to ask me what my togo order was. I then told them I spent the next 5 minutes prove that I actually pay for the very overpriced meal. I have been ready to dip at home 5 minutes later and half of it lacks the other half wrong and cold. I was really excited to try the food as I have seen that many commands fall by door when I make it on the side. I'm never trying to complain and as a cook I'm as understanding how to be. That was just crazy. the worst part was how rude they were there."

"I'm giving two stars because the sushi I ordered here was quite good I got the spicy crab roll and another with salmon and fish eggs for my husband, which we enjoyed. I had never had tempura in restaurant quality and was exited to try it as well as softshell crab app. The tempura was horribly greasy and the shrimp inside was overcooked, although overall it had good flavor. Thesoft shell crab was nothing short of disgusting, over cooked over breaded and the breading was panko which i found odd. Therewas more breading then there was crab and the crab has a horrible bitter flavor. I finished my meal even though I was notsatisfied I felt bad wasting it seeing how I spent so much on it and oh boy it was quite the price tag which I was prepared for,I bought sushi and shrimp tempura and softshell crab, what can I say I wanted to try something new and indulge a bit. What I wasnot prepared for was the gut wrenching food poisoning that was to follow and wake me while I slept kept me up all night and hadto miss half of work the next morning, my god I was in pain. Most likely this originated from the quantus amounts of oil thefood was cooked in and perhaps the shrimps inside not being very fresh it could have also been the soft shell crab which to metasted rancid although who knows ive never had it before so perhaps thats just how it is. I understand that's how tempura ismade but I've had fried food and not had awful food poisoning like I did eating at the Plum house."
