"To be honest, this wasn't our initial pick for dinner, but on a rainy Chicago night at 7 PM, we didn't want to go too far. So, we found ourselves at a food court, and Minahasa caught our eye as the best option. It had been ages since we had Indonesian cuisine, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! I really enjoyed the fried egg noodles, which had a nice kick of spice, and the beef rendang was fantastic! The complimentary prawn crackers that came with the meal were also very authentic and delicious. I truly savored every aspect of this dining experience: the food was flavorful, portions were generous, and it offered great value for money! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for something light and casual."
