"This place has some of the best round table service! They really put effort into getting your order just right, and it's evident. I highly recommend trying the Charred Lemon Salad and the Chicken BBQ Pizza. I've had the salad at other round tables before, but this one was the best by far! They provide the perfect balance of ingredients, and generous portions of lemon too! Thank you for the excellent service!"

"This restaurant has made significant improvements over the past 2-3 years. I suspect there are new owners, as they genuinely value customer feedback. I ordered my pizza and picked it up without any problems at 11:30 AM, and then received a follow-up call two hours later asking for suggestions on how to improve. I was a bit surprised, as I thought it might be spam, but it turns out it was a nice gesture. It's great to see that this is a family-run business, and I can definitely notice the positive changes they've implemented. The location is clean, the service is good, the salad bar is tidy, and the toppings are generous. The staff is friendly enough, and my order was ready exactly when promised. My only minor complaint is about the pricing, so I recommend signing up for the Rewards program and looking for coupons. Round Table's King Arthur pizza is the best! Just a note: if you have a complaint about not receiving your pizza on time during peak hours, I suggest picking it up yourself."

"The pizza prepared here is consistently excellent; that's why we keep coming back. Sadly, the service at this Round Table is consistently awful. On this evening, at least half of the tables were occupied by customers waiting for their take out orders. Only one table was available for us, and as is usually the case, it hadn't been cleaned it was greasy). Although we often have to return to the counter to inquire about the beer that hadn't been delivered to us, this time the beer arrived promptly; the pizza, however, was delayed ~25 minutes). Something is always unavailable forks, knives, etc. and this time it was pitchers for the beer we received our beer in two half pitchers because they were out of full pitchers). Tables were not cleared, let alone cleaned, when guests left. This restaurant cries for new management."

"I had a very frustrating experience at Round Table Pizza while trying to sign up for their rewards program. The manager's attitude was particularly disappointing; he seemed more interested in blaming customers and employees than addressing legitimate concerns about comping food when it was warranted. The person ahead of me had to deal with a lengthy order process because the staff insisted all her coupons were expired, without offering any insight into the rewards program or current specials. When I finally reached the register, I attempted to use a coupon for six free twists that I had just received in-store, only to learn it had expired because the online rewards coupon is valid for only five minutes. Given how the manager treated the previous customer, I was apprehensive about my own situation. I asked him if there was anything he could do since I had signed up for the rewards program while waiting in line, and it was clear the coupon had just expired. Instead of helping me, he dismissed my request and suggested I should have interrupted the other customer to present my coupon sooner. His focus was entirely on shifting blame rather than helping a regular customer. I have experience in retail, fast food, and customer service, and I believe their issues stem from poor management. Overall, this was a disappointing display of customer service."
