"I just want to roast Ruby Tuesdays for a minute. Last night, our little evening club was looking for a place to eat that we were not in a while. I thought of the fact that we were not in Ruby Tuesday was in a very long time. I called 7:00 and reserved. We all (9) came there at 6:50 a.m. and were greeted and immediately sitting. The waitress came right past and imagined taking our drinks orders. I can't say enough good about the waitress. She was excellent! Never hovered, but was very good to keep our drinks full of everything else. The food was excellent and perfectly prepared. Thank you, Ruby Tuesday is for a very good experience!"

"I never had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was a 45-minute wait. I mentioned that I had made a reservation on OpenTable, but the hostess informed me that there were no available tables until later. I was very disappointed to have driven all the way there only to be told this. While we have always had enjoyable dining experiences here in the past, I am now hesitant to make a reservation in case we encounter a long wait upon arrival. It would be appreciated if the restaurant could have the courtesy to inform us in advance if there are any issues with our reservation."

"The worst experience, there were 4 orders at my table, a cockroach came out in the chicken and waffles plate and a white hair in the waffle, 2 of the dishes were chicken and waffles, the 2 of the 2 chicken orders were dry and overcooked or they were already over fried, we stopped eating immediately notify my waiter and he just said oh sorry and brought me my receipt. I paid the total, but I did not receive a replacement meal or any apology from the manager on duty. I do not intend to return to that place."

The mall itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The outdoor setting, with its tree-lined streets and open-air design, makes for a pleasant shopping experience. There are a wide variety of stores to choose from, including both national chains and local boutiques. In addition, there are numerous restaurants and cafes to satisfy any craving. "This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I was impressed with the menu. My wife and I shared a delicious Strawberry Spinach salad, which we both enjoyed. She ordered the Baja fish tacos and I opted for the Adobo BBQ carnitas pizza. Both dishes were fantastic choices and we were both satisfied with our meals. The 10-inch pizza was priced at around $14."

"My son and I dined in for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. The place was packed, and we were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. However, we only waited about 5 minutes. We were greeted by our server, and he told us about some popular menu items and answered our questions. We both ordered bacon, sausage, hash browns, and eggs. I had blueberry pancakes, and my son had buttermilk. The food came to our table quickly and looked amazing. The bacon was cooked perfectly. It was thick, cut, and plentiful! The eggs were fluffy and delicious, and the pancakes were scrumptious! Our server checked on us often during our meal. 10/10, we will definitely be back!"

"I really enjoy the seasonal specials at this restaurant. For breakfast, I ordered the egg, hashbrowns, and caramel a la mode pancakes, along with a caramel macchiato coffee. While everything was delicious, I wouldn't necessarily recommend the caramel macchiato as it tasted a bit watered down and a regular coffee would have been better. The restaurant was decorated for Halloween and although there was a bit of a wait, it was expected due to how busy it was, especially for a Monday morning."

"This place used to be open 24 hours a day. Unfortunately do to the pandemic they stopped 24 hour service in my area . The pandemic problems are largely solved so I don't understand why they keep the pandemic era hours 6am to 12am. They should go back to the previous 24 hour service hours. Still a great place to eat, but I work overnight and in most cases they are closed when I get off of work. Before the problems of 2020 and the pandemic I would go to my local IHOP after work and eat sometimes that would be at around 3am. But I haven't been able to do that ever since they stopped offering 24 hour service hours like they did before the pandemic. I think now in 2022 almost 2023 they should go back to they pre pandemic hours and offer 24 hour service again. Thanks."

"We visited your Sunland Park Dr. on 8/28 2022. We were seated in a reasonable amount of time, but this was the highlight of our visit. We were given our bill before any of the food was delivered. We asked for a coffee refill and never got it. We waited at least 45 minutes to get our breakfast and the pancakes and hash browns were barely lukewarm. The service was terrible in our whole area. One table of 10 got up and left because they waited so long for the food that never made it to their table. As a former restaurant manager, I find this conduct totally unacceptable. If this was any of our employees, they would have been looking for another job."

"We went for a Birthday dinner for my husband. The hostess remembered it was a birthday and we were seated promptly. However fifteen minutes passed after we were seated and no one greeted us, brought water or menus. My husband went back to hostess to let her know. Within a few minutes the restaurant manager came to our table, apologized, offered a free appetizer and brought a waiter to us. Hubby had Caesar salad and Lasagna. I had Spinach salad and the Shrimp Plancha sp? The fresh bread was delicious and the hummus that came with it was also good. My shrimp dish had 7 giant shrimp in a lemony butter sauce and were excellent. We did have the Phyllo brownie for dessert and split it. That was very dark chocolate and very rich but wonderful. Would definitely order that again! All in all, it was a pleasant experience. We appreciated that it was not too noisy or had loud music. We are not sure why we were ignored at first but thankful that the manager followed up. It was 5PM and although the place was fairly full, it was not crowded. We would probably return."

"So, ALL of the tables were filthy with dishes all over them (after we were seated, someone did go around cleaning up though). This means they had to seat us right up against the only other group that was in there at the time. Those people asked to move, for which I was thankful cuz it was awkward. Our waitress may have been nice, but I couldn't understand her since she didn't compensate for the mask that was clinging to her face so bad it muffled every word, so she also may have been rude, I have no way of knowing. We didn't get our pop (only one person got coffee) until the food came and we asked for our pop. The chicken tenders were REALLY good. Idk what was in that breading but it was delicious!! The fries were OK, the onion rings were pretty good too. My daughter loved the pancake sundae and my hubby liked his burger."

"I am so disappointed with this place : . We started going here years ago when it first opened but this is a totally different establishment now, and not a good one! In a nutshell, the service was terrible, our waiter was beyond RUDE and surly and it was absolutely freezing like they hadn't paid the heating bill). The food was mediocre at best and the server was super indifferent to the fact that my water glass was completely cracked through. Honestly it was just one of the WORST dining experiences we have had in a very long time! I have always had high hopes for this place because we have had some good memories here but I don't feel like this is the same place as it was over 12 years ago. MY husband and I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and we literally walked out of there shocked! $21 for a breakfast entree and freezing the whole time from the minute we walked in to the time we left? No thank you! If I wanted this to be my experience I would have sat outside and honestly the waiter was so rude I wasn't looking to pick a fight as he had already been nasty. We work with customers on a daily basis and recognize sarcasm and we are ok with that in the right circumstance. . We will never go back to this restaurant ever again. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere where at least I am valued as a customer. Please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else! This is only my second 1star review ever. My friend had the same situation, same rudeness and mediocre food with high prices ."

"What a wonderful experience. Truly, we were not expecting the quality of food or service we received. When everywhere you go is screaming they are short staffed it was WONDERFUL to have a sit down meal in a clean, refreshing environment. Our server, Douglas, was amazing, attentive and friendly and accommodated my Change of mind on my order with a I 'll be happy too. that was sincere and kind. We really enjoyed his company. The salad bar was fresh and clean with crisp vegetables (Nothing Wilted here) fully stocked and delicious as was the brisket melt and fries, everything was hot, fresh and tasty. It was a spur of the moment stop in Calhoun Store#5163 (731 highway 53e) and we are so glad we did. First time ever eating there and we were treated like old friends. If you are in Calhoun or traveling 75 it is just off the freeway, stop in you will not be disappointed."

"Having discovered IHOP 40 years ago, I’ve come to love the idea of enjoying breakfast any time of day. But IHOP offers so much more than just breakfast. "This IHOP was not the worst I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. We visited on a Saturday around 1pm and there was no wait. I ordered my usual steak tips and eggs, while my wife opted for a spinach and mushroom omelette. The food was good, although it's important to remember that this is IHOP we're talking about. The kids shared a silver dollar pancake breakfast for their second meal of the day and they really enjoyed it. This restaurant is a great choice for families with children. The service was top-notch."
