"I ordered online and asked for counter pickup, but after arriving a half hour later, my order was still being cooked. The 5 sandwiches had all been smashed down to fit in one bag, and after waiting for the fries to be cooked, upon arrival at home, wewere still short an order of fries. Had they been busy, I would have been more forgiving, but there were 5 associates working,and the dining room was completely empty."

"I used a coupon that came with two large drinks, but unfortunately, the cups were dripping soda all over the outside. I politely asked if someone could clean them up because I didn’t want sticky soda in my car’s cup holders (I drive a Lexus). The staff member I spoke to responded sarcastically, saying that’s why she gave me napkins to wipe them down myself. I was really frustrated and almost lost my temper, but instead, I just asked her to take the cups back. She reluctantly wiped the outsides, but I can't help but wonder—if there's a spill or the cups are wet, shouldn’t the staff ensure they hand them over clean to the customer? Or is that just me?"

"do not use the bathroom here if they have an oxygen concentrator. there is no place to hang him from the floor. Usually there are hooks on the door to hang up their bags so they don't have to deal with putting them on the bathroom floor. They don't have them here. they are either stuck, which is difficult to do while they are facing the details that come with the toilet room, or someone on the other side of the door, hold it and stretch the cannula as far as possible. I chose the latter because I was happy that I was there with someone. the hovering over a seat, while the compensation of additional 20 lbs medical equipment is extremely difficult if their balance is as bad as mine. it is probably a really stupid, unimportant thing for most people, but it represents the ton for visiting when peeing becomes a middle school logistics problem that they solve. especially annoying when most restaurants have solved this problem by putting hooks on the doors. we have not enough big pockets to put them in, at least let us have a place to keep our bags of heavily dirty, potentially spread floors. eating was okay, service was also. bathroom stall design sucks."

"I had an excellent experience at Burger King thanks to their attentive staff. They took great care in organizing my order of 18 Soft Serve Cups, neatly placing them in carriers. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the utensils packaged in a separate bag that fit perfectly between the carriers. Furthermore, the 16-piece Chicken Nuggets (which were made up of four orders) were neatly stacked in another bag, with the sauces conveniently placed in a separate bag beside them. Just so you know, this was all for a birthday party. Well done, Burger King!"

"Clean, quick but 4 stars because my orders have been messed up a few times and only notice once I was home. Those times they ended having some of my order missing. Once was it was a larger order of nugget. Than a whole whopper and another times something else can't remember. Just check your orders. The problems with me checking is I usually order for the entire family and through the drive thru which makes it hard for every single thing. Once im home not going all way the back for one or 2 items. Just check order. Other than giving partial orders."

"After driving around Pittston for 20 minutes looking for a Burger King where we could dine in we ended up at the Burger King in Old Forge Pennsylvania. The restaurant was very clean and there were only two other people in there that were sitting very far away from where we were. The manager came over and spoke with us and asked us how everything was. He was very nice and a pleasure to speak with. Food looks good and tasted better!"

"I'm going to be direct. Every single time I visit Burger King and place an order, I only receive one packet of sauce. I'm not the type to overdo it and ask for a ton of sauces—just three at most would suffice. If I have a large order of fries, why would I only get one sauce? It's not a huge issue on its own, but it happens so often that it has become really frustrating, especially when I get off work."

"I had an incredible experience with the $5 deal at Burger King! The chicken nuggets and fries were excellent—better than those at Arby’s, McDonald's, and most Wendy's, in my opinion. I also tried the Double Stack sandwich, which had more meat than Wendy's, and it was outstanding! I had a wonderful time dining alone at the Burger King on Rt 60 Washington Blvd. Although it felt a little different to be there, the staff was extremely friendly, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I would easily give it 5 stars, but if I could, I’d give it 10—no doubt about it. Thank you for such a fantastic experience for just $5 and a little change. "We decided to stop by for a burger and a milkshake, but since we couldn’t dine inside, we opted for the drive-thru. After placing our order and paying, my husband was given the change, but unfortunately, a few bills fell and blew away in the wind. The server witnessed this but didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. We had to go after the bills ourselves, which was quite inconvenient. As a 77-year-old who recently had knee replacement surgery, along with my husband, a Vietnam veteran, this experience has left us feeling disappointed and uncertain about whether we would return to this restaurant."

"I usually get my food when I go through the drive-thru but I was stuck at work and decided to get my favorite, the Bacon King Meal. It was perfect like always! I also got the 9 Pc. "I used to love coming here, but my experience today was quite disappointing. I ordered my usual selection through the Burger app and opted for pickup, but when I arrived, the lobby doors were closed with no sign or explanation. After waiting for about five minutes, a young girl with pale skin and dark hair came to the door. She wasn't wearing a mask, name tag, or gloves and informed me that only the drive-thru was open. I understood that, but I pointed out that the app didn’t mention any restrictions about the lobby being closed. Instead of addressing my concern, she simply said that she didn’t know anything about it. I just wanted to pick up the food I had already paid for through the app. She offered to check on things but said it would take ten minutes. Unfortunately, she never returned. Overall, this was the worst customer service I have encountered here."

"Half of the menu board has been out of order for months, and there are only two TVs. It would cost around $400 to fix, so you can hardly see half of the menu. I stopped in to order lunch, but it took 10 minutes just to process a single combo order for the gentleman in front of me. I decided to leave. If they can't get the basics right at the point of sale, I have no desire to eat there. They also often fail to honor Burger King Mobile offers that they're supposed to accept. The staff used to be good before they began renovations. Overall, this is the worst Burger King experience I've ever had. They really don’t deserve your business."
