"This place is fantastic and has become a family tradition for us whenever we're in Omaha. A few years ago, I discovered Jimmy's Egg thanks to a nurse's recommendation from Boys Town Hospital. I was having a rough day, but the waitress I had was incredible. As we were leaving, she offered me a to-go coffee after overhearing that I had a long drive ahead. It really brightened my day, and I've never forgotten her. Today, I walked in and saw her for the first time since then, and I made sure to thank her. I was also seated in her son's section, and he was just as wonderful and charming. I shared my story with him as well. I love this place! The food is delicious, and the staff is always wonderful. Thank you, Jimmy's Egg, for employing such kind-hearted people."
