"I've been a regular customer for many years, but after my latest experience, that loyalty has ended. I ordered over $37 worth of food, which included a footlong sandwich and a half sandwich. While the footlong arrived in a sealed bag, the half sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant to address the issue, and after several minutes, a staff member informed me that they couldn't help since both sandwiches were supposedly in the sealed bag. I tried to express my frustration, but the employee offered no apology or solution and insisted that I should just contact DoorDash to report the issue. To my shock, he even asked me why I was upset with him. It's really disappointing to feel brushed off like that. They've certainly lost a loyal customer."
