"I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was one of the worst I've had. I have had consistent issues with this restaurant in terms of slow service and inaccurate wait time estimates, but this experience was exceptionally bad. The food itself was good, but the service was terrible. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive, despite there being only four other tables seated at the time. Groups that arrived after us received their food before us. We were repeatedly told that our food would be ready in 5 minutes, but it took over 30 minutes for it to arrive. The staff's attempt to make up for the delay was to offer free drinks, even though only two people in our group had ordered drinks. Overall, I was extremely unimpressed with the situation and do not plan on returning to this restaurant."
