"At first glance, the restaurant appears to be a typical American-Japanese establishment, featuring upscale decor and flashy dishes that cater to those who enjoy extravagant sushi rolls or hibachi dining—all perfectly fine in their own right. However, by choosing to sit at the sushi bar and letting the chef decide the dishes, I enjoyed a truly remarkable and satisfying meal. It was also a pleasure to watch Will at work and engage in conversation with him.
