"First time customer review : As you pull up to the plaza you’ll see several Indian restaurants, choose Enker and you won’t regret it. ENKER is the one with a beautiful jungle of rare trees outside. ENKER Food Pharmacy is by far the highest quality, freshest ingredients, and friendliest service. I’m VERY pick with Indian cuisine and its all I eat on a daily basis. I get nervous trying out different spots. I need to make sure the food is freshly cooked, best ingredients, brings out the phenomenal taste of spices, and is also healthy. I highly recommend the channa masala. 10/10 : The rice was made on the spot as I was there which is rare from other experiences! and the grains were long and beautiful. Roti was also extremely fresh too. Such a difference from other places. The food here is medicine top notch quality. There is also a market to see where the ingredients come from you can purchase your groceries while you wait. Parking is easy, right in front with a gorgeous view of the tropical fruit trees. The staff is super friendly and let me try some of the diverse fruits inside : Everything is priced reasonably with utmost quality. Honestly nothing bad I can say "
