"The girl was busy trying to prepare something that was hard to comprehend—her sounds resembled incoherent words. I showed the ticket to the young man, who glanced at it and then went off to make a latte that no one had ordered. Trying again, we showed our ticket to the girl, but instead of assisting us, she returned to her chat and started preparing an ice cone that, again, nobody ordered.
Eventually, we noticed that the young man had left our coffee on the counter without informing us, and we felt hopeful that our order might finally be ready. However, we were still left waiting for our donuts, and it became clear that no one was paying attention to us. After showing our ticket twice, the girl kept making nonsensical sounds, and the young man began preparing the coffee we had already received!
After ten long minutes, we finally inquired about the status of our full order, which consisted of two coffees, one donut, and five munchkins. When we were leaving, they finally noticed the customer who had arrived before us and asked him what he was waiting for. He looked just as hopeless in trying to get his order as we had felt!"
