"I've been coming here since I moved to Syracuse in 2017. The food uses fresh ingredients, everything is perfectly cooked and tasty. I loved this place and always recommend it to people. But today I found a hair in my panini now I have to find a new restaurant to eat lunch at because I just don't think I'd ever risk coming back. Its a real shame. This was my favorite lunch spot."
