"For our first course, we ordered calamari, and I can honestly say that the first bite left me speechless. Growing up in Italy with a chef in the family, I’ve tasted my fair share of calamari, but these were even better than what I had at home. I didn’t think that was possible! Next, we decided to try some classic dishes for comparison. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Parmesan fries, while my wife opted for a simple lemon pasta dish. I was blown away by how delicious the cheeseburger was! The fries were delectable as well. My wife’s pasta was also fantastic; when we asked about it, we learned it was homemade and always fresh—what a treat!
For dessert, we shared Pazza's take on tiramisu, which consisted of chocolate-covered cake balls drizzled with delightful toppings that enhanced the flavor. It was absolutely mouthwatering and an enjoyable way to finish our meal. When the bill came, I usually get anxious about spending, but this experience made it easy for me to happily pay the very reasonable amount and leave a generous tip for the friendly and attentive service.
I can’t say enough great things about Pazza on Porter. It’s just a short drive from the airport tunnel and definitely worth the journey. We’ve dined at the well-known places like Santarpio’s and Rino’s, and I would say Pazza is right up there, if not slightly ahead. Give it a try; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! It has become our go-to restaurant whenever friends come to visit!"
