"I wasn't a server or chef, or manager in a restaurant. While I am sure that the work is hard, the premise is simple; deliver a first-class customer experience. I would like to thank everyone at this Uno Pizzeria for a great customer experience! It began to be welcomed energetically at the door, quickly sitting at a very nicely located table, and 2 servers (one in training) imagine. So they wrote their names on a napkin! Easy touch, but it helped how I was terrible with names. The appetizer and pizza we ordered were both hot and fresh. While Uno is not Lou Malnati Pizza in Chicago, the Numero Uno Pizza with its generous amount of meat and vegetables was close to Chicago style pizza like Cincinnati. Delicious! To end the customer service experience, the manager accepted our dated coupon (they certainly did not) and offered us a to-go drink. Wonderful goodwill! We will certainly be back because this restaurant deserves it and we love Chicago style pizza!"
