"I went back and forth between a 3 or a 4. There were several things that we experienced on this visit that I felt made it less than a 4 star rating. In the end, I based my rating on the overall experience and decided to not be so nit picky. The waitresswas sharp, attentive, and friendly but knew very little about craft beer. This is the distillery location, so I could (kindof) look past that. It's also hard to find decent employees right now, and she was a good waitress. It's just that when youvisit an establishment that specializes in craft beer, you half expect the employees to be semi informed on the subject; at thevery least, where their products are concerned. I had the brisket sandwich, and the brisket was dry and over sauced. Again, intheir defense, brisket isn't easy to get right and most places don't. I think I would have been more surprised if the brisketwas done right. The beer was good, especially the B/A Cryptnosis I took home. We'll go back. I think we'll try a location thatmakes beer and not spirits, and I most likely won't order brisket next time."
