"I've always enjoyed Swagat's dishes over the years, but the restaurant has undergone new ownership in the last year. With that said, I just recently tried a rather large selection of their menu, vegetarian and non vegetarian selections, and I have to say it is amongst the best dishes I have ever had, Indian or otherwise. Their recipes are amazing! The other thing to note is the quality of the food as well as the way it is prepared I have yet to get any bones or gristle in my curries and dishes, and the menu has a remarkable method of preparing food that is gluten free. Yes, Indian food is naturally gluten free for most items, but they go out of their way to prepare items gf that would normally not be gluten free. Full control of spice level is also done at precision. Anyway, I love Indian cuisine, if you can't tell. I'm very happy that I happened to stop in recently and try them again. I've actually been back 3x already in the past 10 days exploring different dishes, both coconut sweet and spicy options. Dishes I would suggest Butter Chicken, Dhaka Murgh, and aloo gobi mattar. And the tandoori chicken on its own by far is best I've had. : ."
