"New member is added to Mikomi, a Cat Robot. They have not utilized this robot. When the Robot arrived to the table, the waitress stood next to the robot and put the dish on the table.... Hum .. actually the customer can get it from the robot, extra hand from the waitress is not necessary. When I am in a mood to eat Japanese food, Mikomi is my first choice. It's not the best but decent. Or sushi or sashimi will be better than rolls. Rolls always are not my favorite. The waitress checked with me quite often enen I seated at the patio."

"This restaurant offers a wide selection of rolls, along with some delicious appetizers. As others have noted, there are many creative options available. Ordering online is a breeze, and they don’t charge extra fees like some other places do. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming when I picked up my order. I didn’t eat in, but I did notice that seating is limited and it seemed to be indoor only. There’s street parking available around the corner, or a garage nearby. While I didn’t love the flavor of all the rolls—some were a bit bland and one roll had rice that didn’t seem very fresh—I agree with others that, for the price point, the food is quite good! My total came to about $80 (including tax and tip) for two appetizers and five rolls. I would definitely consider returning. (The sushi looked more presentable before I rearranged it for the photo.)"

"(7/30/2023) We received excellent service during our visit. The lunch special was a great deal, offering a choice of a combination that included a Bento, Ramen, Sushi, or Roll. The Tonkotsu was decent but could use some improvements, particularly in terms of the broth and the pork belly—both were lacking in depth of flavor and richness. However, I highly recommend the Chicken Katsu and Spicy Tuna Roll, as they were incredibly delicious, with the Chicken Katsu being crispy and the Spicy Tuna being exceptionally fresh. This place is definitely a recommendable option for anyone looking for a lunch or dinner spot in the mall."

"My son had the children's Yuki soba, and it was the first time he finished a full plate—almost a little eerie! Overall, the food was excellent, and while the location is a bit out of the way and quieter than I expected, I believe you'll really enjoy it. Now for the hard part: while the food was overwhelmingly good, I did notice that the cleanliness of the place wasn't quite up to my standards. However, given the challenges businesses face during these times, I decided to overlook it. It's a family-run establishment, with grandparents working in the back, Dad at the sushi bar, and Jr. helping out wherever needed. The seating was comfortable, and I don't understand what some people are complaining about. I didn't see any issues with social distancing. Sure, people might have concerns, but if you're really worried, just order your food to go and enjoy it in your car, right? That's the choice I would make. Overall, I really enjoy this place!"

"I ordered several rolls at this restaurant, including the shrimp tempura, V1 Cucumber Roll, and Shrimp Mango Roll. Unfortunately, they were some of the worst sushi rolls I have ever had. The mango in the Shrimp Mango Roll was very sour, the cucumber in the V1 Cucumber Roll didn't taste fresh, and my shrimp R21 Tempura Roll was soggy. The rice on the rolls also seemed off in some way. I don't think I will be ordering from this restaurant again. There are plenty of other places in the neighborhood that are worth the money."

"I am not sure why it took me so long to try Roll Factory, but my husband and I both went in recently and ordered Poke Bowls to go. Both of the individuals who took our orders were incredibly sweet and patient while we struggled with our indecisiveness. I am very picky with poke and am usually not easily impressed, but these poke bowls were really good! The fish was super fresh, the toppings were delicious, their signature purple rice is AMAZING, and they have so many yummy sauces to decide from. I did not have any of the regular sushi rolls, but I can imagine given our experience with the poke bowls that the sushi would be just as good. One thing I did note on the menu is that they charge about $14 dollars, give or take, for a 8 piece Philly roll, which is a little steep for a basic roll like that in my opinion, but I thought the poke bowl was a great value! I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to dine-in here. There isn't too much indoor space, but there is beautiful patio seating in the courtyard if someone wanted to sit outside."
