"Mother’s Day brunch- regular local here. I first asked the waiter could see if the bartender could make a mocktail because I don’t drink. He said “I’m not sure.” I said I’m sure the bartender can figure something out. He comes back with a mocktail. Was really good but he gave no options before just bringing something. No dessert offered today. He said “I’ll go see what I can do.” He comes back with a dinner menu saying “the kitchen says you can pick off of here.” Why no Mother’s Day dessert options? Went to City Market instead for cupcakes. I went to the front desk to ask for change for the valet. “Let me see. Ok here.” No smile no hospitality at the front desk today either. No greeting whatsoever. I said hello. Best service was from the main valet guy today who took our picture and the host at the restaurant who was very nice. Other than that there needs to be some coaching on how to greet guests and service levels. Service is going downhill here."
