"Absolutely the best experience ever! Peter recommended a vegetarian and non-vegetarian buffet dinner for 24 people just two days before my son’s birthday party, and everything was delivered right on time. The food was a hit with everyone! We enjoyed vegetarian lasagna with a tossed salad, chicken in a fresh tomato and flavorful sauce, and pasta with asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes. Parmesan, salad dressings, and garlic bread were provided on the side. I ended up ordering more than he suggested, and I realize now that he truly knows what he’s doing. I didn’t even have a chance to meet him to give a tip! The food simply needed to be placed in the oven to stay warm, and there was no need for sterno or special serving platters. Plus, no knives were required, which was great for guests eating on their laps. The food was outstanding, and the catering process was totally seamless."
