"Normally really great experience and delicious food, my last visit though was not so much. My family and I each said we wanted salt pepper and oil and none of us got any. I also asked for extra tomatoes but no to yhe other veggies and got charged an extra $1.20 even though I just had tomatoes on it. I know many places do that though so I wasn't that surprised until I opened my sandwich to find maybe one extra slice of tomato on my Italian vs my family members who got regular tomatoes. Very frustrated and disappointed in this expirence. Sorry for the lanthy comment."

"Their Italian sandwiches are great! The order was correct, one with mayo and one with oil. I should of asked for it to be cut in half but no biggie! If you want black olives ask for them or they won't be on your sandwich. Overall a quick and efficient staff had our order ready and we were happy with our order. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch"

"It's easy to say that this place ranks among the best—or at least one of the top three Korean restaurants. The ginger-style cooking here is truly unique. While the short ribs could use a bit more meat, the flavor makes up for it tenfold. I'd love to see a larger portion of meat. The sauce is incredible—absolutely perfect! I highly recommend it! And lastly, the soup is absolutely delicious! However, I wouldn't recommend saving leftovers; it tends to spoil in the refrigerator after 24 hours."

"My family and I have been going here for years but never again unfortunately. It took over 40 minutes for 2 subs and the staff was fighting with each other the whole time. when I walked up to the counter to politely ask about my food because they were calling out order numbers that were past my order I was completely ignored. Then when I said um excuse me? The woman just looked at my daughter an me an walked away lol unbelievable"

"I ordered a italian a few weeks ago and got barley anything for vegetable on it, there were barley any pickles or onions, growing up thats what we knew them for was the amount of onions and pickles. So i ordered extra this time around and the guy on the phone didnt tell me a price, i went to pick up $14 dollars for one italian. $2 each extra item, and the most disappointing thing is, they didnt put extra. I will not be doing business again."

"Ordered tonight because it was suppose to be pasta night where some pasta dishes were on sale for cheaper then usual prices. Their online website said 7.10 for a spaghetti dinner I got charged 9.10 their online website said 4.00 for a pint of spaghetti with garlic bread I got charged 2.99 for the pint plus 1.99 for the bread( the pint was half way full) I also ordered a 10 inch pizza but what I recieved was a thin crust 6 inch pizza in a 10 inch box. Definitely disappointed. Small portions and prices vary apparently."

"If I could give no stars I would! My mother and family went here and the absolute worst service ever! They did not do any of the meals correctly. My mother asked for it to be corrected and all the girls were huffy and puffy laughing at my mother. My momsimply asked for there names and they told her and also had to add a comment saying the customer is not always right. My mothersaid I will be calling the manager. The girls said she won't do nothing! They threatened to call the cops on my mom because shesimply asked for there names and they were making fun of my mother. We will never be back here. I work in the restaurantindustry and you would never catch me treating anyone like this unless I was being harmed or felt threatened. No honestlycustomers are not always right BUT they are a paying customer and just fix the problem so we have people come back! Super upsetabout this place !"

"Espetadas has made for a pretty underwhelming take out experience for my whole family. I cannot speak on the atmosphere or service, but I do know that the food was ready when my family member went to pick it up.We tried the Chef's Special which includes the chicken espetada and cataplana with two sides. We got the chicken espetada with the mild sauce, which was skewered chicken. This chicken was undercooked and not tender at all. The mild sauce was also okay. The cataplana is a chicken dish with rice and vegetables. The chicken in this dish is definitely better, but the rice tastes sour and the vegetables are for okay. In terms of sides, the mashed potato is okay, but honestly worse in quality than at-home mashed potatoes. The coleslaw is the only decent thing I tried, though nothing special.I definitely will not be dining with Espetadas again."
