"I don't care about their ice cream. This rating has to do with their utter lack of concern for people that live in the neighborhood. Their customers often are blocking foot traffic, so you have to walk into traffic. I've almost been hit at least a half dozen times at this intersection, and their lack of safety is going to cause a serious accident. I'd hope they'd take this seriously, but they care more about coddling to their entitled patrons with signs like this."
