"I have never encountered a group of people working at the same location, specifically a popular coffee franchise, who have been so blatantly racist. It's truly disheartening to see this kind of behavior occurring regularly in our beautiful nation. It's disappointing that a place like Starbucks, known for its inclusivity, employs individuals who display such hatred towards foreign customers. I am at a loss for words when I reflect on their comments and actions. This situation is appalling! This establishment and its staff should face consequences, although I know that merely shutting it down won't fix the underlying issues. My words may resonate with others who feel voiceless. I hope that those who harbor such hate will eventually recognize the impact of their actions. While moments like these won’t ruin my day, I long for a world where words can silence bigotry for good. I give five stars for the coffee, but unfortunately, I must rate the service very poorly."
