"This was my first experience at a physical Ben and Jerry's store, and I can't wait to go back. The young woman at the counter (I wish I could remember her name) was incredibly courteous and made it look easy to handle our orders for my two sons, two nephews, and myself. Since I had never visited an actual store before today, I didn't have much of a connection to the brand apart from the occasional cup I bought at grocery stores. I'm so glad we decided to stop by, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit. By the way, we went around 3 PM, and the young woman was quite petite and wonderfully friendly. Great job, petite staff member!"
