"The espresso machine was out of order, something the barista failed to mention when we ordered lattes. Instead of a proper latte, we received weak pour-over coffee that the barista mixed with cold milk and then heated in the microwave. To make matters worse, she charged us for extra espresso shots that she couldn't actually provide. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was hands down the worst latte I’ve ever had."
