"After having a really rough day, I found myself searching for Italian restaurants in Rockland and even Peekskill, specifically looking for Penne alla Vodka. I browsed through photos and, based on the visuals, Francos caught my eye. It was my first time there, and I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of the quality of their pasta. The staff was incredibly courteous, and they served me fresh, warm bread along with a delicious salad. The Penne alla Vodka exceeded my expectations as well. "we've been here for almost three years. we never had problems with our orders or with the food. the delivery is always quite fast (unless a weeking that is understandable) and everyone is always as beautiful as a new yorker can be. if they can't deliver, they let us know before we even command one. her grandma pizza is the best I ever had, and her penne alla wodka is just as good. would definitely recommend this place as some other pizzerias in queens are questionable and seem only to churn out cheap, inferior food. who complains about the prices here (the best are good) would probably rather pay $ 1 for some cartons with sauce and cheese smashed on it."

"I used to be here when my husband and I were together. 4 years ago the last time was through movement, but we tried 2 of our old favorites, tuna melt and Sicily. I'm never so disgusting and disappointed with my life. This place was not just a pizza place, but a memory. The tuna was old and disgusting. Lou knows the flavors, not wrong. He just doesn't pay attention to the inventory or doesn't care anymore. Sicily is the worst, I almost cried. I wanted to find out how it went wrong. The toppings of extra cheese and pepperoni were simple, but Lou knows how to season, I tried it separately and it was good. The middle of Sicily was nicely fluffy and a good seasoned dough. The upper layer between the temples and the middle of the pane was good, but when I tried a piece from the bottom of the cake, I found out where it went wrong. They didn't clean the oven. Imagine a grill or a grating full of old foods and you just scratch the pieces and instead of cleaning it, keep cooking on it. This pizza tasted as if it was cooked in a few months if not, years of it. I am very sad to say that it is the last time to order from here. I had to throw everything out. Lou is amazing, but the fact that he has stopped nurturing and it reflects on the food intestines me. I wish you the best, please let me know if you change the quality control and the condition of the place."

"Finally getting around to writing a review. Way past due. We were regular customers of the old Ferraro's and were heartbroken when the owner Giulio died and then later the restaurant closed. We were so glad when the restaurant was renovated and reopened. We couldn't be happier with the new owners and staff and also the fact that a lot of the old menu items and recipes, including some of the cooks have also remained. And so has the house salad with cheese and pizza bread that comes with the meal! The food, both old and new items are all wonderful. There are weekly lunch specials and weekend dinner specials. They are always fresh and flavorful. We are now regulars of the new Ferraro's and eat there a couple times a week. Not only do we enjoy the food but we also enjoy the staff and the owners. They have become family. We were there last night and I had the Veal Francese and my husband had the chicken special. The veal was very tender as was the chicken. The Pistachio sauce on the chicken was delicious and I just love the lemony Francese sauce. I highly recommend trying Ferraro 1061. You will not be disappointed!"

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered garlic bread from their website and arrived 10 minutes after my specified pickup time, so my order should have been ready. However, when the person at the counter checked my name, he told me that my order wasn't ready yet. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes, I asked again, and he checked my order before informing me that they no longer sell garlic bread. If that's the case, why is it still listed on the Pizza Hut website? It makes no sense. He then asked if I would like a similar item, and when I inquired about the wait time, he said it would take 5 minutes. I agreed to wait, staying patient. After another 10-15 minutes, he finally handed me my order. Once I got home, I discovered that the item was uncut. This was the worst service I've ever experienced. The staff seemed completely inattentive and spent their time gossiping while I waited for 30 minutes."
